Let me ask for a clarification: I have not found a panel in setting for pushing app data to the added sdcard. Maybe this is because this rom should complement OE on the sdcard itself, so to prevent messing it, App2sd is missing?

is because of the kernel.. since is a OE kernel ported to android the sdcard stays like that :/

Hi all,
and first of all thanks SC to amazing work.

I move frome openelec to MK808B plus SC Rom due to impossibility (at least I was not be able to do..) to use spocast/acestream inside kodi ..

I tested the rom a couple of days and it seems that works really well (also with kodi plexus and external apk acestream - is the only method that works in my env and tests).

the only problem that I have is that playing files form usb external disk is not fluid and has some (little) lags/freeze .

If I play files of the same HD in other players (TV integrated players) I can play with no lag and with no freeze, so I assume is not a HD problem.

With online straming I notice some little lag too, but in that case I dont know if the problem is the same nature of is due to other things.

what can I try?

Ok just tested and no problems here all work just fine, i used a 32gb sandisk usb pen and tested also over lan and Internet and no problem.
Did you check the temp you are getting on your stick?

- no problem with a 16gb pen, but problems with my 500Mb passport hd (but like I saied before the same hd plays well in other player). temp seems ok feeling with my fingers (there is a more professional way?). what could I try? It seems to me that 'something' doesnt work in a correct way..

- how do you solved the sopcast/acestream problems? (I find a way to stram acestream with plexus and external apk acestream player, but I'm ot able to play p2pcast sream)

Sorry i dont use plexus or talk about it, i´m a good friend of enen92 and i promise to him that i´m not going to talk about it and i keep my promises
As the other problem i don't have now a usb hdd to try, when i have one i try it, about the temp are you using "my" Kodi? if yes you can check the temp on system information inside kodi, if not the only way is open terminal command and type "cpu_temp" (whiteout the "").

I ended up buying that monitor for a Christmas gift for my kids....I couldn't wait to give it to them and they absoluty love it. Works really well for my 3 year old. Now he can stay off the wife's iPad. Many thanks again. Hooked up webcam and they can Skype whenever they want and with there grandmother. He couldnt use the controller very easily and the touch is great.
