On my Clone of Clone,
Air mouse / keyboard working fine now with 1.4 , ....

Ye lol that is on the "And other small bits..." in the changelog, glad is working fine now .
I just threw a fix and hope that one works since i didn't have that problem!

One last thing, really a non issue, but I have no bootup logo (all superC rom editions),
another quirk of this 2nd generation clone.

Well that is really a problem of the 2º generation clone like you said :/
But since it wont affect anything... don't worry about it

Yes, ADB is working now thanks. However, now I ran into new problem. Camera is very very sluggish, so I can see something, but very laggy. The same camera is working on every Android board I have, including my MK808B Plus RTL clone (with stock rom).

BTW, I have noticed that the CM12 (Lollipop) Rom is very good and everything is working like charm, except that it has no support for the realtek wifi would you be kind to include the driver in the CM12 Rom? Or at least guide me on how it is done

As for CM12 for RTL you need to ask who compile it, to compile it with support for that chip, do you ever wonder why theres always 2 roms for the same device with different wifi chips? is because that how android works... it need the support for it on the compile time, or else forget it... :/

A warning theres some MXQ clones with the RTL8188 being sold on aliexpress, on that ones my rom works but no wi-fi and the remote doesn't work.

Maybe you should say in the first post that your rom is compatible with the MXQ that comes with a red line on top

Hi superceleron! I'm portuguese too, from Aveiro.

Would you recommend your rom to a noob that's mainly using apps from google store and is currently running Finless 1.1?
Is your rom generally faster or better in other aspects than Finles 1.1? Which ones? gaming?

i have a problem with finless. Because it spoofs a Nexus 10 device, when i run some games (like asphalt 8) they run in low quality graphics. With stock rom they ran fine in high quality.
Does your rom have this problem? Is compatibility with google apps good in your rom?

Mine are also spoofed as Nexus 10 but you can change it, use es file explorer(enable root on it) and go to /system and open build.prop and change "ro.product.model=Nexus 10" to "ro.product.model=MK808B Plus".
Google apps, all that i have tried are working good except sh*t NOS Iris....
You are Portuguese, i have the same rom that i translated to Portuguese, launcher and settings... (facebook search for a the group "KODI em Português")
I cant tell you mine is beast... you need to check it by yourself!

Hi. Sorry for the noob questions, but how do i set the default android launcher? I think i did that easily in previous roms i tried, but in your rom i can't seem to find it.
Also i installed google apps like in your video but i can't seem to find the icon on apps drawer... Or i really don't know if it successfully installed...
Also i can't boot to recovery, always see the animated image under construction and then to default launcher...
Also can't open "about mediabox" in settings, it just says "settings stopped".

Also, on the setting tab it still shows 1.4 beta... Shouldn't it be final?

I'm sorry but i tried about 3 or 4 roms before this one and never had problems. Your is the first. Are you shure you shoudn't keep it in beta stage?

The beta is a error i forgot to remove it...
1º install twrp (get it from here) then install gapps (you can use the internal update to install the twrp recovery) you can use the img on the root of the SD and use the reset to boot from SD with twrp recovery... an then install gapps.
2º My rom only have 1 launcher... if you want another launcher install it from aptoid or with es file explorer enable root and go to /system/app and rename Launcher3.apk.bak to Launcher3.apk and reboot...
3º Is final because i wont be making another one, that error of about mbox i don't have but is not needed i dont think many ppl are seeing that...

I have been searching high and low for a Root to my Diaotec Mk808b Plus quad core Version 1.1 using amlogic s805 chip. I have yet to find anything to root it =/ . However, looking at the main board right now it says Mk808b. Should I continue with the custom roms for the plus or is B and B Plus one in the same?

The mk808b is rockchip 3066 and the mk808b plus is the amlogic S805
You cant use the rom from mk808b on the plus and vice versa..
