I managed to boot the image avoiding the two penguins by changing loader_2.15.img by loader_2.13.img and recovery.img by another image based kitkat that was compatible with my Probox2. The issue is that now when going to Wifi does not let me enable it. I have tried flashing all Kernel based RK903 that I have seen in the forum and I have not been able to enable Wifi. My Android Stick is an OEM of the Smallart UHost 2, and looking at the table in this link "http://socialcompare.com/en/w/usb-stick-dongle-mini-computer" my Android Stick has the Wifi and Bluetooth chip Rockchip RK903 (BCM40183 - Broadcom 4330 Based Chipset). I would be very grateful if anyone knows that Kernel contains the driver for this chip to run the Wifi in Kitkat.

Finally I found something newer (Kitkat) which can use f.e. Netflix app.
Working really great, smoothly etc.
I've been using it on my two MK808 devices and both works great.Last edited by slimax; 11 January 2018, 17:45.

A bit late to the party, but I just dug out old MK808B I had and found this 4.4.2 ROM. I flashed it successfully, everything works, but issue I have is with storage memory. After it booted and preinstalled applications updated it ended up with around 500 MB free for app installation and 5.4 GB second partition which acts as SD card. Back in the day this was normal, apps could be moved to SD card, but none of these apps has this option (or maybe because they're preinstalled versions, although after they're updated they're using normal space). Is there a way, or better said ROM version that's differently partitioned so there's more space for app instalation? With current partitioning it's barely usable.

I have a mk806 (rk903, tod1002, 1304) and I'd like to give it a second life with this rom. Unfortunately I have the two penguins issue but lewy hybryd and finless Bob rom are running flawlessly on it. So I am wondering if there is a way to compare @BalintBanyasz work with finless or lewy ones in order to see what we can do to improve the compatibility?

Tried a 4.4 rom (720p) from 4pda that is supposed to give more space to the storage where apps can be installed (sought this rom after reading what Solo761 said, coupled with the fact that I wanted 720p over 1080). After flash I got 2 penguins and then it would switch to a recovery screen that would do some tasks then reboot/repeat. I just tried the 1080p ROM from this topic. It shows the 2 penguins but then boots normally for some reason. Attempting to boot into recovery brings me to a splash screen of the Android robot being open for repair, but appears to be signifying that it's broken. This is in the back of my mind that something is off, just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. CWM for RK3066 download link is missing. I did perform the optional EraseFlash step, not sure if that affected anything.
Anyway thank you for this rom, I do notice performance is excellent. Fast booting time compared to my old 4.2.2 rom. FTMC is working well.
