    Thanks balbes150,

I think I have found the pins (first two unther the white spot), I' m able to interrupt the starting process, but unfortunately the sd will not flash, I will have to install windows 7 first I suppose...
I do have windows 7 in virtual box but it seems not to recognise the USB M/M, UART-cable is beeing recognized though.

You can try to insert a bootable card or plug the cable and the program for the firmware (running in the program for flashing all settings and start flashing), turn the console watching the console UART, in turn, to close for 1-2 seconds contacts (highlighted in the figure). Close nearby contacts directly into the "combs" (conveniently close to a thick sewing needle). It is better not to go beyond the first 8 pins from the edge, each marked on the figure. Be careful, the contacts in the middle (on both edges of the chip) is powered

Show the output that occurs when the interrupt load is connected and the map. With card anything loaded ? There are any rows in the output to the console UART in the interrupt and accessing the card ?

You can do without windows, need to create a bootable card under your model.

balbes150 The new kernel from KSZAQ has preliminary support for the S905X SoC. Do your Linux images already include the new Mali r6p1 driver?

Are you asking about the Linux images (Ubuntu ARMBIAN etc) or LE ?

No, there is a previous version. I plan to include them in the next versions of the images.

                balbes150 Thanks!
I have another question as well, you mentioned here in the forum that it is possible to put linux on the internal flash, but I'll have to do that manually.
Would it be possible to provide steps to achieve this?

Yes, this is possible. It is better to continue this in the appropriate topic about Linux.

balbes150 oops sorry indeed the wrong thread, I thought this was the linux thread, but that was another tab in my browser

balbes150 As you pointed out correctly I posted my question in the wrong thread, so I post it again here

To control and ensure a safe process of installing Linux to the internal memory, you need a UART console. You have it ?

It would require some soldering, but I have everything at my disposal

If the console UART is needed only for a short period (test, check the status or something else). You can do without soldering. You can use to connect to the contact points mikrozajmy. If you want to experiment with the firmware, it is better to perform soldering.

balbes150 I intent to test the different linux roms from SDcard and as soon as I'm satisfied with the configuration I would like to move that image/partition to the internal storage.

Updated the images. The composition is Docker.
