I found the solution here:
But it doesnt work on my side.
I got this kernel:
Linux odroid64 3.14.29 #25 SMP PREEMPT Fri Apr 22 16:24:15 EDT 2016 aarch64 aarch64 aarch64 GNU/Linux
Can you tell me if it's working on your side?
Edit:
We need this kernel from this Odroid-C2 release here, otherwise it wont work:
Need Koxx ! You're still alive?Last edited by int0x13; 11-23-2016, 18:19.

I don't know why, but it breaks everything... including kodi.
I tried to migrate to latest kernel (79), same thing.
Did anybody manage to get a working ubuntu with latest kodi and kernel 79 working ?
edit : I tried balbes distro (debian, ubuntu & telos) and I didn't manage to get kodi working (core dump may be on egl, no interesting logs)

Here is what I get (another distro, but same issue)
After apt-get upgrade and kernel 79, kodi is dead.
The user permissions looks good :
odroid@odroid-jessie64:~$ groups
odroid adm tty cdrom sudo audio video input netdev
[/code]
But here it comes in dmesg:
Code:[ 98.185120] kodi.bin[1222]: unhandled level 1 translation fault (11) at 0xfffffffffffff8, esr 0x92000005 [ 98.185131] pgd = ffffffc0619e2000 [ 98.185136] [fffffffffffff8] *pgd=000000006076d003, *pmd=0000000000000000 [ 98.185149] CPU: 0 PID: 1222 Comm: kodi.bin Not tainted 3.14.79+ #1 [ 98.185153] task: ffffffc05d270c80 ti: ffffffc05d358000 task.ti: ffffffc05d358000 [ 98.185163] PC is at 0x115001c [ 98.185167] LR is at 0x114ffd4 [ 98.185171] pc : [<000000000115001c>] lr : [<000000000114ffd4>] pstate: a0000000 [ 98.185174] sp : 0000007fd2fd5060 [ 98.185178] x29: 0000007fd2fd5060 x28: 000000000229c0c0 [ 98.185183] x27: 000000000229c060 x26: 0000000002215000 [ 98.185188] x25: 000000000229c088 x24: 0000000000000000 [ 98.185193] x23: 0000000002a56628 x22: 0000000002a565e0 [ 98.185198] x21: 0000000002210000 x20: 0000000002b513d8 [ 98.185203] x19: 0000000002b513c8 x18: 0000007fd2fd4ea0 [ 98.185208] x17: 0000007fa4e53de8 x16: 000000000221d9d0 [ 98.185212] x15: 0000007fa379b588 x14: 00000000029a13b8 [ 98.185217] x13: ff00000000000000 x12: 0000000000000000 [ 98.185222] x11: 0000000000000038 x10: 0000000000000000 [ 98.185227] x9 : 1999999999999999 x8 : 0000000000000000 [ 98.185232] x7 : ffffffffffffffff x6 : 00000000000000ff [ 98.185237] x5 : 0000000000000000 x4 : 0000007fa38d9150 [ 98.185242] x3 : ffffffffffffffe8 x2 : fffffffffffffff8 [ 98.185247] x1 : 00000000ffffffff x0 : 0000000000000003

Hi,
I have the minimx_Ubuntu image working quite nicely on a MXQ 4K (S905 with 1GB RAM). I'm using the DTB from my box with this image. The problem I have is that the uploads from this box are terribly slow. Download speeds are pretty good.
Eth0 connects at 1 gig full duplex, download speed via iperf is about ~500Mbps and upload speed is ~ 100Mbps.
the actual file download is fast enough that I don't care for it to be any faster. But the uploads are really slow ( like in 20 KB per second) even though iPerf says around 100Mbps.
has anyone done any speed tests /iPerf tests on the S905 using this image ?
I've even increased the TCP buffer memory using steps for Ubuntu but that hasn't made any difference. Any advice on how to go about troubleshooting this ?
