What app are you using to check the temp.

I'm using only Kodi's hardware info. Could it be buggy?
My personal experience is it either shows degrees or (in case of a non compatible firmware) nothing, just a ? sign.

Not sure about the Kodi hardware info, is correct or not.

Linked app works on Amlogic but doesn`t find cpu temp sensor on RockChip devices.

Updated my MXQ 4K box with this image. Works great. Also installed latest version for FMTC. The only major issue is occasional power shutdowns. Not sure why. Installed cooler Master app. Will monitor for a week and see if that makes any difference. This device never used to shutdown with the original img, so clearly this is something that surperceleron img introduced. I am also surprised that only a few people are seeing it.

Most BT USB dongles work with plain android, not sure about MXQ Rom...

I bought an OTT TV Box MXQ 4K (Made in China) and I would like to know if this firmware will work on my device. The device has Android 5.1.1 (Lollipop) and terminates applications that are placed in the background, not allowing a VPN application to run in the background. Does this firmware allow applications to run in the background?

CYK_BR, você conseguiu resolver esse problema das aplicações fechando quando vão para background?
Nós temos a mesma box com o mesmo firmware e os mesmos defeitos. Eu achava que era algo do laucher da box que forçava o fechamento, mas não é ele.
Ainda não tentei atualizar o firmware, mas se continuar desse jeito, terei que testar...

superceleron Would you happen to advise on the FW for the MX4N-V02 board? my MXQ Pro 4K housing happened to come with this one, the NAND chip is an ESSENCORE and WiFi SV6051P.... I have tried a lot of downloadable FW compatible with the RK322A/RK3229 chip but I have not been able to go beyond the recovery mode which by the way it does not have the option to be able to upgrade via external device (SD) , I need to start all over, this board had Lollipop 5.1.1 and Kodi 16.1 which I managed to upgrade eventually to Kodi 17.1 however after some time , one fine day it was stuck in the Android Logo ... appreciate any pointers you can share. Thank you

I just fixed the youtube 240p problem unistalling youtube 'recent updates' from the settings and installing previus youtube build apk, not the lasted 2017 , just an apk from 2016 and now i can watch videos in 720 , same for netflix, unistalled and installed the most recent apk but not the lasted

For your info, i leave in France and we use 2 apks to watch french TV channels, who need DRM L3 and french ip address (i use vpn when i'm out of France)
