Whatever works on one will work on the other as they are the same boxes inside.

Hi flashed the new mod D32 rom on my D5. Before on stock and with new custom rom there is audio and video stuttering for few seconds in YouTube and other apps. It comes and goes . Is this normal for the Dolamee 1gb8gb

It can depend on the optimisations that you do to clear background processes.

I have had the odd stuttering in Youtube at the start of play but it tended to disappear quickly.

You might want to look at the other firmware that I built for the D32, that also works on the D5 and which for me works better.

Is there a way to flash it without losing TWRP?

Thanks that's the Rom I am using. Stutter was same in Stock Rom. Will test with ethernet as I am using wifi . I have used all in one to disable apps on startup. Hoping it's not a defective unit.

I'm not sure what I did but my d5 is showing up as maskrom in android tools. Any way to fix this?

It does go into a form of maskrom mode when flashing, so as long as the process can complete then you should be OK.

If not, then try a different USB port on your PC.

I used to have issues with an RK3288 box that would only flash if I used a USB 2.0 port. Using USB 3.0 would always take it to a maskrom mode that meant no flashing.

So far every port fails. IDB fails every time

When you boot into bootloader, does the android tool recognise the box in order for you to try an erase?

I can only get it to boot in mask mode

What does the Android tool show when you do though?

                            No devices found?

Ya these have been bullet proof for me. Drivers not installed. When you say boot into mask mode. Does that mean in android flash tool. If so it would still flash and that should solve this issue? Unless you broke your reset pin and its stuck down.
Many devices now mk902ii/Shield/Mk68 /Ugoos/neox5/minix5 (yes they still work lol) mk80 no it doesnt work lol.

The button sticking in is not something that I have come across before but that does make sense if it can happen.
