Install drivers. When you have tool open again after re installing drivers. Click the reset switch (is it actually clicking when pressed) you should be able to feel it. If yes then hold reset switch and plug in usb. It should just see device. If No check reset switch. Did you flash a rom and flash stopped before?
Many devices now mk902ii/Shield/Mk68 /Ugoos/neox5/minix5 (yes they still work lol) mk80 no it doesnt work lol.

The button does click. Do I need the psu plugged in as well? It froze so I pulled the plug. It wouldn't respond

Are you also able to flash without attempting an erase?

OK then try as Scooter has suggested re-installing the drivers.

I have reinstalled the drivers. Is there a way to disable the reset button? I can plug it in and it automatically boots to MaskRom

Does it boot into makrom when you simply plug the USB cable in without pressing in the reset button?

Then it sounds as if, like scooter has said, the reset button is stuck in some form, as just plugging in a cable should not see the box being seen by the android tool.

You might want to try poking around the av port to see if you can release it and if not then it will be a case of opening the box to have look inside to see what is going on.

Having said that, even freeing the button if it is stuck might not help as things might still come back to maskrom when you press it in when free, which then generally results in shorting a couple of pics on a chip to get it back to normal.

Exactly which pins is another matter.

What happens when you select upgrade not erase flash can we see that screen? Do not use the psu just use usb and retry.

Bit of a long shot but have you tried the other USB port in the box?

Running out of ideas. Try re downloading Stock rom and try flashing that (Maybe file for blues damaged?) just confirming you have the d5 as well. If flashing stock fails then maybe nan damaged or shorting pin maybe the next path.

Yeah. That one doesn't respond. Which pins would I short out?
