After trying many, I discovered Buzz Launcher works with H96 Max. Not Nova but pretty good. Also found a gallery mod on Apitode that allows wallpaper placement in Buzz.

Could you post the link to the gallery mod you mentioned? I have tried many launchers apart from buzz launcher on this box but none work right, you can see the launcher start to display but then they always crash so they must have done something at the firmware level to block most 3rd party launchers. Will give buzz a try as that default mbox launcher is utter rubbish.

Good to hear. Are the remote power down/startup issues ironed out as well? Unplugging cord to shutdown and plugging back in to power up is a real PIA.

Hi, i have the H96 Max and i want to download Aps like "Smart IPTV" or GSE Smart IPTV". It seems that these PAs are not compatible wit h this device. When do you see that this will work?

Ok, thanks. It's really annoying that only the vorke z3 firmware keeps resolution & ethernet on r99 for me but gives other problems so can't use it.

Which contact sholud I close? The picture shows 2 resistors(?) not exactly the contacts. Which contacts did you close exactly? The 2 item lower ends? The upper ends? (On your picture)

@Denilsson78 did you install the device driver, first? what kind of male to male adapter are u using? is the led inside the h96 lightning, after connecting to pc?

and please install oktober firmware, and check if the box is de-bricked.

this is the oktober stock firmware. it works very well. i got no wifi with scv1. but with the oktober FW wlan is working well. but meanwhile, i decided to drill some holes and now i have LAN cable. without lan cable it was not possible to play 4k movies. now, with the lan cable 4k works well...
