    You have overwriting the bootloader ?

      When I try to flash any other older version than "R-TV BOX-S10_9377_mac_jiami_20171213.img", USB Burning Tool gives me a message "Key file configurate wrong!". I'm trying with:
      jnw_s912_r-tvbox-s10_9377_mac_20170619.img
      jnw_s912_ui01_r-tvbox-s10_9377_mac_20170912.img
      jnw_s912_ui01_r-tvbox-s10_9377_mac_20170722.img

      But all of them is canceled by Burning Tool. I use 2.1.2 version.
      What is wrong here, because I buy R-TV BOX-S10 with 5. may firmware. When I check for Update in system settings it says, that I use latest version. Than I update Latest 20171213.img and Burning tool successfuly completed update 100%. After connecting TV box to TV, blue light comes up but no signal is found on TV. What can I do??

          I get this with all versions of FW, except the latest one 20171213.img, wihch is not booting after successful flash.

          Any other idea?

            using sd card, after using sd card maker, by shorting the pins on the chip, I got now to start the upgrade, but it gets stuck at the beginning for S10. Just like the picture below. Nothing happens after that. Remember, before today, using sd card, I would only get green screen, and now stuck at upgrading.

                Hi H-Tab; I got the key file configuration wrong message until I used the USB port next to the power input.
                I used nw_s912_ui01_r-tvbox-s10_9377_mac_20170912.img

                    Really, I have no other clue. If your box fails with both methods, I think the box is defective, probably the flash memory.
                    Let's wait for what the vendor replies.

                      My box never do that maybe it's the new firmware of december.
                      now try to install an other Rom than the stock rom of this box.
                      try to flash a Rom for the beelink GT1 or the h96 pro plus and choose if you want atv or not.
                      with rom of other box you have a problem ith the remote control only.

                        good idea . Your box may have a different hardware than ours and maybe the firmware is giving problems

                          my firmware was older than yours and about the hardware i don't know because i never open my box and i buy my S10 in august last year.

                            Chrome, Dolphin and many other browsers and some apps have a problem with Air mouse drag scrolling. The only way to scroll up or down in page is with up and down button but this is not user-friendly. Some pages even cannot move up or down in any way. Is there anything to solve that problem.
                            I think I will try with other ROM (Beelink or similar), but I need a link for workable ROM, if anyone could advise me.
                            Maybe Vorke Z6 latest ROM will be ok for our TV BOX?

                              Abdel313, I have tried both of those roms, beelink GT1 and h96 pro plus, because I know other people have flashed S10 successfully with those roms. For me it gives the same errors.

                              The China store got back to me. Since the problem I told them was that there was no signal out to tv, their solution was: change HDMI cable and try another TV. That's "deep", man. And it came directly from their technology department. Who would have thought of that.? Even you guys didn't think of it. You guys know nothing. They are geniuses! Truly.

                              Waiting for so many days, and their solution: "maybe there is no electricity in the house". Check with the electric company. Ask for a refund from them. Damn electric company.
