As for that app, even removing root completely it won;t be possible to use. I googled it some time ago and it seems that newer versions need Widevine L1 (just like Netflix), which our Box doesn't support and won't as I don;t think it's as easy as to copy some files from one device to the other (wish I'm mistaken).
You may try with older versions of MyCanal app. Maybe it's still supported. Just don't update it.

There is a flashable zip file called unsu.zip that you can use to completely remove root binary, check in the SuperSU website you just flash it in recovery, for the widevine security level 1 this ROM support only level 3 like ch3mn3y saying on the post early other boxes do support L1 unfortunately not this one.

This Box doesn't support Widewine L1 (only L3), which is needed by Netflix TV app to work and nonTV to show HD+ resolutions.
There are apps with "unlocked" HD streaming on Widevine L3 devices, but does they really work? Maybe before.

Only way is getting a Box with L1 support like Nvidia Shield TV, Xiaomi Mi Box. There are Chinese Boxes with that level of Widevine codec (e.g. Mecool M8S Pro and Mecool M8S Pro Plus), but not this one.

Hello. Anyone have working Netflix app in fullhd. I have 100Mb/s connection but poor quality movies in netflix app. On my pc, quality is great (fullhd) in netflix but on my android tv (h96 pro+ on blue pcb) is like 480p :-/

Yes it's possible, but it have to be 5V charger as some people already burned their Boxes by using 9-12V chargers.

Just use one with higher amperage - 3-4 A should be enough for 4 USB ports working simultaneously.

Hi,
Is it possible to change the power adapter (5V/2A) to a higher one (?V/?A) to better support the 4 of USB ports without damaging the box? Bcuz the USB ports are not fully worked with my USB mobile disk. Maybe a stupid question Thanks.

As for "mac keys". Did You mean license of Burning Tool? Coz I believe that with broken/missing keys on the device it still should flash the image, as it's an software issue, not hardware one.
only that after flash and launch of the Box WiFi, Bluetooth and Ethernet connections could not work.

Hello , yes that was it that I ment I know that some devices are kinda locked for flashing bootloader's with the USB tool and the licence key is needed for it to flash, when I read the tool action log that was a bootloader erase low power error that's why I thought it was the licence issue, thanks for looking in to it, in my case the process of flashing never started with a driver issue it never connect that's why it led me to think something else, thanks again

Thanks for your help. indeed to go from V7 to V4ATV I pass in firt by the intermediate stage of the V1 ATV.

Yesterday I updated usb burning tool to the latest version 2.1.6. with this version I managed to move to the next step but without success. another error

I believe that you are missing Mac keys that's why you get that error maybe @chemn3y can confirm if I am right and provide with keys file I don't know you need to ask him I nolonger got it...

It's not possible to fix it. I just checked with Google and it seems MyCanal and Canal Play apps need Widevine L1 and our Box has only Widevine L3. You need "better" Box, like Xiaomi TV Box or a Nvidia Shield or any Chinese one with L1 support.
