Anyone having problems with external hard drives ?
I have a 2gb external hard drives and it keeps crashing when watching films via mx player pro ?
Sometimes the mecool fails to see the contents of the hard drive.

Try with vlc. Try to power your hdd with an external power supply on the Y cable

I haven't had any luck with USB powered 2.5" socalled "portable" drives on any of these boxes - they keep spinning down. However, i did have some success with an externally powered "desktop" drive and the Paragon NTFS driver, that worked pretty fine.

Problem solved. In the Android Plex app, in settings, advanced settings, I disabled the optional audio support for AC3. Thx for your help

Isn't a ISO. It's a mkv x264.

I see something about ISO, is it an ISO file?? If so, not sure these boxes can play/decode the ISO file.....

VC1 is ok on android 6 amlogic s912

All the versions of Android that I have tested, using different versions of Kodi, have stutter. I use my BlueRay rip of The Dirty Dozen to test. LibreELEC running on the same device does not have that issue......

I don't have a S912 running Android 6 to test.

You can check the codecs of your media using the free Windows app, Mediainfo. However, these Android boxes play almost all of the available codecs, except videos encoded with VC1, and then the video stutters.

Hi, I have a problem with Plex. I have a black screen or freeze screen When I playing movies. Sound playing with a strange additional sound (click, click... click, click...). Work fine with my Phone (redmi 3) or my samsung active tab 8"

What codec is Plex sending to your box??
