I thought I've fixed it, but somehow it appears again, I will make a version with the option to revert back to the version that works fine until I find a definitive solution. It's good to have some feedback in order to address the issues.

I flash the zip via TWRP factory reset(data, cache, delvik). After the initial wizard not pass update screen. Keep Pop up message for crash google play service.

you probably need to remove play services, framework and play store updates before applying OTA, so no data and incomplete system file versions do not effect new packages from OTA. I am surprised no Dev has made any effort in stressing to revert all Google play data before any custom OTA install.

It seems there's a problem with the latest Google Services, I think this is corrected on my next build, can you please test it and give some feedback? If everything is ok I will publish it. I do take a lot of time testing and cleaning everytime my box. natzen can you also please check if with this build all the other issues are addressed? I've used the latest youtube working version in it, in case it installs the updates you should uninstall them to revert to the working version. I've left youtube running all the night in continuous play and no crashes so far, I will test further but can you tell me the version of youtube to make sure it did not upgrade to the bugged version? V2.02.14 should be fine if you did a data wipe.

Hi x1hain I've tried a lot to fix the mute button but without success. I've installed a lot of ROM's but none made it work. So I don't know how to fix it, if someone can share that knowledge or point me a ROM that have it working, I'll try to fix it.

Not really, but it's better to use another phone. works fine with both iPhone and Android, and you can speak to google assistant this way.
