Ok this is great.
Had mine playing 1080p all night till morning. Still playing when I got up.
Heat is ok. Nice and warm..

When you say "playing 1080p", do you mean 720p kernel playing a 1080p file?

Yes. I use 720kernel always.
Cpu 1800 gpu 600 ddr 720.
Never tried 1080 kernel dont like the small icons.

Do some research on build.prop parameter lcd_density (even on this forum). You'll be pleasantly surprised.

I saw that yes. But 1080 kernels not as stable as 720 I read.
If the box crash when my little boy watching barnyard he will atack and destroy maybe hahahaah most of my movies are just 720 or SD

Build 19-02 with advancesettings.xml
Hubwizard installed.
Play everything smooth.

New to Minix, 1day to go, I been using on Uhost2 Xaf xbmc+Mxplayer+subslancher app, which is the best xbmc for X7?


Is stock remote working fine with this build? I have a Mele F10 but one for my friends need it at moment.

Cool, I don't use smb, only use xbmc for streaming with icefilmes, I suppose Mxplayer is fine with that.


What are the advance of using Finless rom over stock roms.

dont just download the patched files from the first post, these are for the 005 fw:

Thanks. Already applied the patches from the post and I can get DTS audio through xbmc using modified libstagefright build.

1080p plays smoothly with DTS apart from some screen artefacts which seem to affect a couple of lines at the bottom of the videos. Will try and find a newer build of xbmc libstage with the required libmedia patches to see if this fixes that one minor issue.

BTW I am using the 1800, 600, 800 kernel with no freezes or reboots

I use CifsManager to mount SMB shares, than I can use MX Player.

Does K700 work fine with this kernel or you have to remap keys?
Pinch to zoom works?
I wonder to buy k400 or k700, do You know which one is better?
