In the original stock 4.2.2 firmware of first link, there aren't multiuser.
Kent has modded it for have multiuser...

Hey Kent, very clever, google is our friend.
I have never worked with the multiuser function, but I think you have activated it in the built.prop with adding the following line by example for three user.

If I'm right, angelobiz you can try this trick with the help of this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...ld.prop.editor

I give you hopefully today the first beta version, but it is not easy, because I can't test anything. Best is always to test every step before the next.

but i can only create a new user, i cannot change it

Here comes the first Beta.
Please know that testing a ROM, leaves always a minor risk for you device. So be careful with flashing. Those TV-Sticks are not easy to kill, but a small risk is left.

new launcher

some tweaks
hopefully microphone fixed
added some files from a finless 4.22 rom, which I don't have used so far
small chance multiuser will work
added file exploxer with root support

i found a cx818 (the box) with android 4.2.2 stock rom.. in this microphone seems work...

wireless no work.. there is wireless.. it found my wireless.. but it don't be able to acquire a good ip address

Are you shure that root does not work? Have you activated the root function in the file explorer?

1. Then I take the parameter1GB from angelobiz and let the other parameter file in. I recommend 2GB paramenter, It works best in most cases.

4. You mean ethernet over usb? If yes, I have no idea so far.

5. I'm not sure, if we have chance for the mic. Angelobiz point me to the cx818 rom. What else does work with the cx818. For sure the 'no sound' in the 'stock' rom has a reason. Maybe it is not a stock rom and the kernel is for another similar device, but with another mic.

6. I think multi user will not work in this rom. I take it out until someone has an idea.
