I installed the rom and wiffi does not work, disconnecting all the time, I already followed the recommendation to change the DHCP to static, but I was not successful.

These boxes always had an issue with Wifi. What I did is open box and soldered 2 small wires to the antenna on the inside of the box and this helped out a lot. If you look here on FT I think you can find someone talking about it. You're not the only one having Wifi issues with this box. I no longer have this box.

Hi to all, probably I was not so clear in the previous post.

I would like to know:

1. Could be possible (or someone has already tried) to install a Firmware containing the DRM L1 for a GT1 Ultimate S912? For example, could work a GT1-A Ultimate firmware on a GT1 Ultimate S912 box?

2. Has someone experienced a scrolling issue with the Alfawise BT mouse/keyboard and the Netflix app?

Sorry, but you can't just make your box DRM L1. The box didn't come certified from factory so there is no way of making DRM L1. Also I do not own the Alfawise BT remote, so I can't help you on that one.

I can now confirm that after following the Magisk instalation described in Post #2, I was able to update the Netflix app to the latest version.
Everything working great.
Now, is there a way of making the box start and opening automatically the Netflix app?

Frist of all, thanks to ALVATECH for his great job in stremlining the firmware for the GT1 box.

I have tried that firmware because I would like to fix 3 issues in my GT1+Netflix:
1. the SD streaming, so I would like to know if is it possible to load a firmware with a L1 of DRM level;
2. a login issue in the Netflix 5.3.1 app (apkmirror): in the last week it doesn't recongnize my credentials, I don't know why.
3. a scroll issue with the Alfawise BT keyboard/mouse in the Netflix app, 6.11 and 6.26 versions: those versions fix the issue no.2, but don't work with my BT mouse/keyboard.

So, thanks to jotascotch I found it is possible to install the last Netflix version, someone could confirm?

On the other hands, do you have some idea on how to install/fix the L1 DRM for the Gt1 box?

Can you post this patch for the default mouse cursor publicly, for us to use? If not, can I get it through pm?

Also is there a way to make the mouse cursor disappear completely when playing games with GeForce now? The mouse cursor keeps showing and when it reaches the bottom of the screen, the taskbar appears. Very distracting.

My GT1 has serial number starting A912 and build gt1_113mo running Android 6, is this rom compatible? I would like to take the box to Android 7.x for always on VPN support.

Hello,
if you read the first post you'll see it is compatible with your box. Best way to flash would be using the Amlogic's USB Burning Tool since you're upgrading to 7. I don't use any VPN so I couldn't tell you what it can and can't support. Also this is one of my oldest ROM's and I no longer have this box. So your support for this box will be very limited.

I installed "magisk" with TWRP ==> OK
In "magisk Manager", everything is fine; "magisk" and "magisk manager" are up to date.
CTS profile = True
basicintegrity = True
So I go to the hidden magisk menu and I check the application I want to hide (French apk "Mycanal")
When I launch it, after 1 minute, nothing happens and the application does not run any more.
So I check DRM with "DRM info".apk and I am surprised to see in the Widevine CDM section that security level is 3.
I think this is why my "Mycanal" app is not working because I have read a lot of things saying that level 3 is not good with the "Mycanal" app (and some others besides)
What could be the problem?, One solution to change the level to 1?
