Yes the Device is spoofed as Nexus 7 because the ROM is for more then one Device. So I make it like it is.
I include SuperUser because it is OpenSource App.

Thanks Neomode for your fast reply and always help with all my requests!

What I really would like to know is wich of these two is better or is recommended by you to be use with this ROM 1.7?

Also would greatly appreciate if you could tell us something about the 1080 version of this ROM?... How good is the video playing?

Here are a few things to try/consider.

Ensure your device is compatible with this ROM, it is only good for new newer devices. This can be checked by looking at the serial number on the sticker located on the reverse of the device. If it is 201307*** your good to go.

Because it is getting stuck at first boot/Initialization phase I might try re-downloading the Rom just to make sure its not corrupted a file some how and when unzipping use winrar its a decent application for decompressing files.

Make sure your in administrator mode while flashing.

          Try a different USB cable.

It may take up to 5 minutes for the first boot to complete also I am unsure what the device would do if power was disconnected from the device during first boot.

I hope you get this sorted.

          Good luck

Must see why that is so. Have you try to Update it over Play store. Because TinCore has release a new Version of it.

                      Hi Neo,

first of all thanks for your excellent work.
                      I'm actually using your NEOMODE CUSTOM ROM 1.3 - MK802IV, UG007B, CX-919, MK809III with AP6210 and waiting for your 1080p release of version 1.7.
Whats the status of a 1080p version?

                      With kind regards

Some little feedback about this ROM:

Video performance beats everything I've seen!

But in XBMC, using a tv streaming plugin for hours (even when not watching), the video gained A LOT of frame skipping. I don't know where to look for logs to help understand if this is a ROM issue or XBMC (13 Alpha8). Also yesterday I was watching "The Walking Dead" new episode (720p) and I've noticed some frame skipping too, but I didn't put the advancedsettings.xml on XBMC yet and will try that.

Also I would like to know what is the status of the 1080p version! Good work guys! Now I feel like the stick was worth the money!

Try it with advance settings XML for xbmc. This should have you a better performer. Will hope I can finished Full HD today.

                            Hello,

Try the follow. Connect the Stick to HDMI and then press Reset Button and then Connect the USB Cable from PC to the OTG Port.
                            This should work.

I've tried the advancedsettings.xml and it's no good... Can you tell me where to look for logs that can be useful? I want to know if this is a file related problem or XBMC. (BTW I've tried playing the file on MX Player with codec and the result was the same).

But don't let this get in the way of the 1080p version! And a million thanks for the work you put in this! Will donate as soon as possible!
