No need. All the user apps and personal info is stored in the data and cache partitions. The ROM only needs the bootloader, boot, recovery, logo, aml_logo, and system partitions.

I have a licensed copy of Titanium Backup, I seem to remember it may be able to make nandroid backups. Any experience with Titanium Backup? I use it on my iView tabs which came already rooted.

I'm not sure if Titanium Backup can do a Nandroid or not. I haven't used it recently. If it can, I suspect it would need root first.Originally posted by MoeFoh View Post

Just want to say thanks
just got this tablet in the mail the other day.. i really like it .. its fast.. i rooted and gotrid of all bloatware with titanium backup. Now im going to wait for the custom roms myabe even a TWRP Touch based recover.. and would really like to see CM10 or , 4.2/4.3 port to this device, it does get a little hot so maybe overclocking out of the question. dont want it burning up but for what i do its fast.... Thanks to the devs working on this i will be checking here to see progress.. thnks again for working on this awesome new tablet.

CWM is coming very very soon... I've tested TWRP also, but the touch controls are horribly unresponsive on these tablets for some reason that I can't identify.

Hi i tried the stock rom files, but it wont install them. When verifying package it says installation aborted.
I desperately need a stock or any working rom. I installed chainfire 3d and my tablet wont boot now (stuck on a screen with an image).
I tried just factory resetting but it didn't work. I could use any help. Tank you.Comment
