Tried out this rom tonight since my wifi on 1.4 all of a sudden doesn't connect to internet even though it's connected to wifi with full bars, anyway... this rom looks better in my opinion but a quick test of Netflix and I emediately have to flash 1.4 back on this stick. Netflix doesn't work for me with this rom. video is in slow motion and no audio.
I don't know what the point of this rom is if netflix doesn't even work. going back to 1.4 and hopefully wifi doesn't screw up again.

Thank you for this rom Finless Bob!
I have a few questions.. When I'm using the 1080p kernel the screen is flickering and it looks like I'm reconnecting the hdmi all the time, do you know what's causing that? I have tried with two TV's where one of them is just 2 weeks old, but I have the same problem with both.
I also wonder what people get as a max speed with the Wifi. I have excellent signal strength and 65mbps connection which I understand is the best I can get with the Mk908ii, but when I take a speed test I only get between 2-5mbps, I have tried a speed test with my mobile phone were I get 13 maps in the same room.

Hello, I have got a 908II andloaded this firmware immediately. Fantastic work, thanks a lot.
I've seen that among the applications there is a Rkgamecontrol that I suppose is to control the device using an android phone/tablet. Where can I find the client?
Is it better this or Droidmote?
Thanks foryour answers

I assume I will need to wipe all data from my existing ROM? Is it worth switching? Any problems?

The same here, isn't usable. I receive my MK908 II today.
EDIT1:
Settings->Screen->HDMI Mode = 720p solve the problem but the text look ugly.
EDIT2:
Installed the boot and kernel 720p. If select 1080p it flicker, need to stay with 720p.Last edited by metRo_; 16 January 2014, 02:28.
