RkRemoteControl

Hi!!
I have installed RkRemoteControl on my phone and i connect to mk908 without problems when i am on work place.
but when i go home and try to connect the RkRemoteControl cannot find the server.
that must be a router issue becose i have the same phone and the same m908. the only difference is the router.
anyone knows where to look inside the router to fix that?

Touch Issue

I missed adding the touch stuff because most kernels now have it. I guess Tronsmart is behind as usual

As for answering questions. If I do not answer it's because I do not know the answer and have not had time to look into it. I cant fix everything. If I answered every question that came up, I would never get any ROMs done or even sleep!

Anyway I will see if I can add back the touch stuff.

I've already installed 1.7 rom in my Mk908 and work excellent, I really enjoy your work.
But got the touch problem, I cannot use tincore app with sixasis because because don´t work touch functions on tv screen.
So my questions is, ¿could you add back this touch stuff for 1.7 rom?
In case not ¿is there any other solution for me?

mk908 clone

I possibly bought an mk908 clone on pandawill, which exactly looks like the original and it has the very same specs. I tried to install the 1.7a rom, and I did everything as it should be, but it gave me always this error: failed downloading. If anyone could help how to out back the old Rom or the 1.7 it would be appreciated.

why would you want that? if you need torun an app that detects root use xposed framework and root cloak module

i have an application here in greece called novago its satelite tv pakage and this gives you the option to wach the channels from laptop, phone or tablet but they not let you use hdmi connection and its not for rooted devices.
i have run this app in mk908 with finless rom 1.7a without problems until now they even have locked the device becose the hdmi or becose is rooted or both.
i just need to unroot for test.
BTW is it possible to hide somehow from software the hdmi interface?

as i told you, you can hide root with root cloak module in xposed framework. there also is a module for hiding hdmi to use youtube in fullscreen, but this is not needed on our device, so i guess hdmi is not visible at all.

this has not work on this app
the program starts anyway even if its rooted but then when you try to start srteaming gives me an error
service is unavailable
somehow they know even that the box is rooted or that this has hdmi
i think the problem is on hdmi becose this mesege is the same when you plug hdmi in laptop and running this app you take this mesege service is unavailable
any other suggestion

Installation of 17a ROM failed

Hi to everyone,

First of all, sorry so much for my English...

I tried several times to flash17a version on my MK908, but without success. I have followed all the steps but the process stops after clicking Flash rom...Flash tool copy files to nand, but once finished appears a message of Run OK and the device is not recognized.

I think that I can have any problem related with drivers, but I don't know how to solve it. Can anybody help me?
