[ROM] Beelink GT1-Mini ALVATECH Android TV - ATV (9.0 Pie) S905X2

Please read the entire first post before asking questions. Thank you.
This is a nice clean ROM with some tweaks, GUI cleanup, Mods and some changes made from the original GT1-Mini ROM.
This ROM was converted into Android TV if you're looking for a Standard Android 9.0 ROM for this box look here.

(There has been some hardware variants so please read carefully.)
Best thing to do before flashing your box is to check which Serial Number you currently have on the bottom of your box.
I've made 2 different ROM's for these boxes one for boxes starting with SN:905X2 or SN:95X2 and another one for SN:B905 or SN:B95X.
Please download the correct ROM for your box down below.

    Changes/Mods & Tweaks Alvatech ROM:
    • This ROM is based off of Beelink's Firmware.
    • Removed unneeded apps that Beelink had installed.
    • Cleaned up Beelink's scripts that I don't use in this ROM.
    • Added Extra options in TV Settings (side settings).
    • Fixed TV Settings issues to work like it's suppose to in Android TV.
    • Added Multi Webview options under Developer options / WebView Implementation.
    • Fixed some framework issues.
    • Nicer mouse cursor for easy viewing.
    • Top status bar hidden but working if needed.
    • Navigation bar hidden but you can pull up if needed.
    • Double click home button brings up Recent Apps in Grid View.
    • Long Press on home button brings up Google Assistant.
    • Added TV Settings in App Drawer.
    • Additional Apps: X-Plore File Manager, Smart YouTube TV, Netflix, Kodi, & Power Menu (With Recovery Boot Option)
    • Added additional *kl files to support more devices.
    • Removed and cleaned up files that are no longer needed.
    • Added 4K support for different YouTube versions.
    • Fixed a permission grant issue
    • Change screen saver options in TV Settings / Device Preferences
    • Updated Gapps
    • HDMI CEC Language turned off by default.
    • Alvatech Boot Logo and Boot Animation
    • TWRP Recovery

Hello and thank you for the ROM

I am all new here. I am looking for a ROM for my T95Q s905x2, that was recently updated, as most ROM's that i found are becoming 6 month+ old. Even the stock ROM hasn't been update in many many months. Now i found your release, updated today, couldn't be more recent

I only have 1 problem. When i click on the download link, i get a message telling me to input some kind of decryption key? Is that supposed to happen? - And if so, how to get this key?

                Hello,
the Generic.kl file has d-pad center since there would be certain sections throughout the OS that wouldn't go through properly if you had the "enter" key setup as default, such as the startup wizard and also when you search for items in the Play Store. The d-pad center key is default for all Android TV OS's so decided to keep it this way so you can get past the setup wizard in the beginning of setup. For those who have a keyboard with mouse pad such as Rii i8+ Mini Keyboard they would be fine. But for those who don't have a keyboard connected, they wouldn't be able to use just a remote if they wanted to. If you like I can show you how to set it up to use the "enter" key instead. Please PM me for additional help if needed.
                Thank you,

                Alvatech

Alvatech, awesome creation! Thanks a lot ...

... but having some issues here!
                    1. Remote is working only for switching OFF the box. In order to turn it ON, I have to disconnect the power cable or leave it on until I use my T95Q again.
                    2. What kind of root does your ROMs use? Is it Chainfire's SuperSU or is it Magisk (which I doubt) and how to change them!?

                    A)l the best and ...
                    Keep 'em coming (new ROMs)

Thanks! seems to be working okay on the Mecool KM9. Would be nice to have remote support but remote working okay via Bluetooth.

Amazing rom Alvatech. You turned the BeeLink into a real Android TV. Well done!.

The virtual keyboard worked as expected using the remote.
The only part that failed was the update of Google Android TV app (dont remeber exact name), but must be the no support from Google of the BeeLink as ATV. No important. The main launcher works without problems.

                            Very impressed.
