I never seen it before, that a (Chinese) company support it's customer/community this way transparency.

What I am thinking is with your help to make our product more better..and we never do this before,so it might be many problems we must face,however the first step is always the hardest.
Another thing I am worried about is what we would do is open in here,our competitors also might be watching,so they are no need spend any cost to make their product better....SO we should communicate in secret?The answer is NO!

But how to setup way of feedback?need to be discussed.

Its very much the right approach,learn,listen change if needed and the testers bring a unique perspectve of course, please dont take the questionare approach as it never works.. better to see what each person discovers with there experience in each area and soon things will be resolved and the end product will have trust written all over it.

I totally agree with Oman about others using this to make thiers better and why should that be allowed to happen, screw them if they had the forsight to do as his team has. Not fair. I would keep all those behind closed doors and relay what Beelink thinks as relevant.

Customs normally pay on delivery anyways small price to pay for free box Oman

You need to declair low value on the package. In Finland we do not have to pay customs if value+shipping is below 20 euro (20.83 euro).

I've had good luck in the past with EMS to DHL, but EMS to other carriers has worked out good also.

=> DHL is faster than e.g. 'Singapore Air Mail' (max 1 week vs. min 3 weeks) BUT with e.g. 'Singapore Air Mail' and declare low value 20 USD we (at Germany) have good chance to avoid customs (tax) BUT if you use DHL and also declare low value 20 USD I think it will be also nice (maybe also declare it as something like prototype/test sample)...

I would personally suggest dhl but labelled as a sample/test prototype of a low value, say 20-30$ - dhl are faster and more reliable in my opinion , I paid about £4.00gbp for my X8 sent from geekbuying, well worth it for fast service, and mirroring what scooter2014 said, customs fees are insignificant considering you are sending us these boxes to test foc, whatever you feels most appropriate Oman, but clever labelling in the declaration usually does the trick to keep costs low both ways
