Im sure Oman and the Beelink team are getting things all finalised as he stated above the first samples should be ready in a few weeks and like you cannot wait to find out and see all the details..but perhaps give them all the time they need to get it right to.

Producing small batches of samples is expensive as hell, so you tend to try your best go get it done with as few revisions as possible. Plus, if they do plan to send these samples out to testers, that implies some confidence that the hardware works and performs as intended. Otherwise it would just be a huge waste of time and money.
Therefore, it's pretty safe to assume that there will not be any major changes to the hardware afterwards. ( -> It's finalized)
Therefore, if they did make changes according to feedback from here, now is as good a time as any to ask about it.
I could be wrong, though. The closest I ever got to hardware production is lurking the OpenPandora forums

Ya but still Rockchip and as always endless promices expections with zero proof. Hey these guys gave us T chip with no comment to date on why? So i have very little faith in releases not sucking monkeys unless they start being more foth coming, thinking amlogic kicked them harder then they thought so they re doing for better speeds and video, nice to see them sweating it
Thats hit at Rockcrap not manufactures of boardMany devices now mk902ii/Shield/Mk68 /Ugoos/neox5/minix5 (yes they still work lol) mk80 no it doesnt work lol.

Hi everyone,In the past few weeks,I am busy in fixing the bugs on s82(Amlogic s802 SoC),and s85(Amlogic s805 SoC)..So less time I spent on R89,other guys are in charge of it.In last week,we've manufactured 50 pieces of PCBA of R89 with new RK3288,but when we tested,we found HDMI display is not stable, sometimes missing the connection with the TV.We are still finding a solution to fix it cooperating with RK.So hold on..And in the coming days,I'll spend more time on giving more info about this.Easy way to catch LOG -> Search 'Syslog' in Google Play, then install it and catch log
