location settings

I have apk's that require the location setting to be turned on.
When I go into settings it shows "mode" location off, and it doesn't do anything when I click it or long press it.

Anybody have a suggestion on how I can get the location setting turned on?

Is it only me or has anybody had a similar issue ??

After couple of reboots the X7 gets stuck at spinning logo "QS3"...
Nothing helps - only flashing again.

I had it with 3.0 and have it again with 3.1 (clean install after hard reset, no custom kernel, no overclocking)
so WHY ???

This doesn't happen on my unit.
When you flash for the first time, be sure to let it fully boot and leave it alone for 10min after that, some work is being done in the background. After that you can start using it.

I want to downgrade to QS v2. V3.1 has been absolutely great but I am getting some weird freezes in some videos and from what I have read this can be a problem in KK roms with H.264 video.

How do I downgrade from V3.1 to V2 safely? I remember there being some special steps to follow to avoid bricking the device?

about 2 months ago same thing i have a k400 logitech keyboard mouse combo i put an extention cable on the reciver for the keyboard and rebooted the device and moved it around and it did the trick i have not had random back button pushes (even when the keyboard was turned off it did it untill i moved the reciver!!
