i made it . problem was microsd shouldn't be in slot while booting tvbox and pushing av reset+power button. after enter recovery menu, you have to plug microsd in the slot, not before. that's why tvbox booting repeatedly.

new rom working good. specially changed after cpu governor to interactive+cfq by no-frills cpu control. hotplug definitely kills tvbox after hard usage. we need to use 4cores, but hotplug uses 2cores rarely.

i wish 112k4 and later roms use interactive cpu governor as default and include es file explorer and latest playstore. i had to find and install separately google playstore from internet(didn't update itself bcs couldn't connect with old rom's playstore)es explorer needed to copy files surely.

That's not how its supposed to go... The only possible explanation is that your recovery.img File, was somehow messed up. If I understand what the factory_update_pram.aml files does it acts like a *.bat File, which calls the k200-ota-<DATECODE>.zip out BY FULL NAME!, And also sets the commands to fully wipe the /data, /cache, and, /media Partitions. so it could also have been some kind of mismatch happing their as well. But, the idea is that you should almost 100% the time be able to get into recovery either stock 3e, or TWRP even in the hardest of brick situations. From the MicroSD.

If you bemoning ES File Explorer as being stock I think you could install Tronsmart's 115k4, which has it in the preinstall Folder.

don't know if recovery.img file is broken. i just downloaded from here then unzip 3files to root sdcard.
I'm happy with 112k4 now. wondering does sony dualshock gamepad work with this rom wirelessly?

Yeah, using "Sixaxis Controller" app from the Play store, but not all games can be played with a controller.

to be 115k ? Can I do in one move or do I have to do in stages ( ie 110, then 112, to 115 ) any firmware download links greatly accepted ???

What do you mean exactly? The Playstore works (for me...), right out of the box. Assuming I'm logged into my account(s), that is.

I know what he means as I have the same issue, basically when you open the playstore it shows 3 rows of apps for me, Family fun, Relax and enjoy and finally Free TV episodes. This is instead of the 12+ rows of various apps you normally see on your phone or tablet. This has only recently started happening to me.

I will investigate and see if I can fix it. I have tried wiping the database for Google play and also spoofing as a Nexus 10 to no avail. I have also wiped the cache on google services and Google play and uninstalled all updates to both apps to no avail. I believe there is an Xposed module that may fix this.

103L1 have the 5.1.1 version, I do not like how it works, I'm in an application and only comes out, it takes too long to open applications and some get stuck. I recommend any modified or better rom down to KitKat?

I recently bought a MXIII S802 2Gb variant. Running on kitkat, Kodi version helix and It has 111k4 firmware version. Im planning to use this box mainly for video streaming and maybe some games. I would like to ask for some tips on how to improve kodi if there is any? Do I need to upgrade to a higher firmware version? Been reading some and I cant really decide which ones are good, or better that what my box has. And for video streaming, what is the minimum internet speed I need to have for video streaming so that it does not pause to buffer?

I have installed 112k4 yesterday on my MXQ mediaplayer AP6181. The installation was OK. When i start kodi the first time it says starting first time. I only see a black screen now when starting. Can I solve this?
