And i'm still here to help with my roms, but there will be no more development in new roms or kitkat at the moment. Wassers KitKat is really great, but i can't live with strange color output at the moment.

Very good ROM. Thank you for your great work.
The only issue for now is that there is no sound after boot. I have to go to settings and back to get the sound.

Update: No problem with sound. Just need to wait a bit more

          Hello Frakers,

I have a CX919 II Cyxtech v1_1. Erased IDB first and was able to flash ROM succesfully. When i power on the stick there is input to TV but it only shows 4 pinguins in the left upper corner. After a few seconds stick seems to reboot and reboot I flashed serveral other ROMS but all the same issue and no way to boot. Can someone help me to fix this and/or advise. My other question is how to check if my device is bricked and if so how to solve?

          Thanks a lot!

Thanks for all your work Walter77. Just so I understand this last comment correctly, are you saying CX919 owners with the Rk3188T chip should not flash your rom yet? Because I thought I read an earlier user in this thread that said they were able to work this with their T device with Kernel V7. Can we go ahead and flash or should we wait for your update? Thanks again!

No you can install rom but there is no override for t-chips. I can provide testkernel with t-override if there is interest.

                Great Rom Walter

Runs good on my CX-919, did a clean flash.
Sometimes the Mouse delays, then a reboot solves this.
Also the stick gets somestimes hot.
Also noticed when using No frills CPU & set a Govenor / IO Scheduler on Reboot, this might give the Mouse delay....

Another good App is Performance Control on XDA, give it a shot.

                h t tp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2401988

Reboot app & all functions work well like CWM etc.
Maybe TWRP Recovery is easier to use?

                Best Rom after testing (several weeks) Finn's Rom 1.6 / Neomode 1.9a & Neomode 3.1 (4.4.4)

This one is best for daily use with Gotham 13.2 beta 1, maybey some testing with the kernels will solve the mouse.

                Thx

Thanks for your feedback. I think a bit more kernel optimization would fix the issues, but i don't have the time for testing the kernels. Try the kernels with lower ddr and lower voltage. I will try to optimize kernel config for cx919. Does anyone have a t-chip device for testing t-override kernel on cx919?

Perhaps the last JB Rom ever

As people ask me to build a working CX-919 kernel i had to build this rom, cause rom needed special adjustments.
So here is my new custom rom for xbmc media center usage on CX-919 AP6210 wifi TV-Stick. Kernel is based on latest Radxa source and has new HDMI driver and real Rec. 709 color support (16-235).

It's a really freaking fast 1080p full JB Rom and plays 8 GB MKV 1080p files over SMB/UPnP wifi inside my mod of Flumpters Beyond XBMC absolutely smooth with dolby/dts passthrough (haven´t tested bigger files cause i haven´t any).

                    Features

                    - HDMI Output with real REC.709 16-235 color support!
                    - pureXbmc with dolby/dts passthrough

                    - 720/1080 24P/25P support with
                    1920x1080 at 60, 50, 30, 25, 24 Hz
                    1280x720 at 60, 50, 30, 25, 24 Hz
                    720x576 at 50 Hz
                    720x480 at 60 Hz
                    640x480 at 60 Hz

Kernel doubles the framerate at 24/25Hz if your Monitor supports.
24/25 will be displayed at 48/50. No sluggish mouse movement anymore at 24p!
Best viewing experience in XBMC with 60/50 Hz.

                    - Kernel has HDMI-CEC support
                    - Working Bluetooth and Wifi

                    - rom is rooted and should support init.d scripts.
                    - Kernel supports a lot of file systems, like ISO, UDF, NTFS, FAT32, HFS, NFS...
                    - modded launcher with Auto hide system bar option, performance settings, terminal and app background image
                    - 2GB, 4GB, 6GB parameter files
                    Apps i put inside:
Very cool Total Commander file explorer, Reboot (thanks to Petrus), Terminal, YouTube, SuperSu and pureXbmc (mod of Flumpsters Beyond XBMC Beta 3.4, THANKS!).

Thanks to Radxa, Bob, d33, Flumpster, Wasser, Petrus, Lewy, phjanderson, MINIX and all the cool people at Freaktab.com!!Thanks to mo123 for the info about Radxa sources. Thanks to Christian Ghisler for Total Commander

Hi Walter - can you tell me if this ROM will work properly with my :
Tronsmart CX-919 Rockchip RK3188T Cortex A9 1.4GHz Quad Core (sorry for the bold font - copy/paste)? I am having trouble with this cx-919 rebooting constantly and won't accept a mouse (if I use a mouse it reboots when I move the cursor). I would like to try your ROM but will it work with my T-chip CX-919? If the answer is yes - where do I download it with the loader and what settings do I use with the loader? Thanks.

No, i can't say if it will work properly :-( but i i think it should! but only with a special t-override kernel.
If you would like take some time to test it, i would take me the time to build a t-override kernel especially for you.
                      Would do you think?

                          CX919 AP6210 t-override test kernels

Here is a link to a t-override jb kernel pack for testing:

                          kernel_rk3188_cx919_1080p_v9_walter77_t-override.zip

Just flash one of those kernels and report if it works. Can't test at the moment, don't have a t-device at the moment.

                          Use at your own risk!

First i want to know if those kernels work on your stick. After that i can build a set of 720p kernels. But with the right settings and the right rom it doesn't matter if you are on a 720 or 1080 kernel. A real 1080p kernel produces a way more sharper picture if your tv is a real 1080p tv.

I have a tv with 1080p, the screen is small 32''. With 720p, the font is ok but i have not find a version kitkat.
My version is very instable for flash on my cx919. The kernel is kernel_t_ AP6210_HD_CIFS.img
