I tried you compatibility zip on CM10, and it just flashed the polaroid screen and went to a lit black screen. so thats no good. looked in the zip, and found you were adding apps, and su. If you try another one, maybe concentrate on getting the hardware to work first, then add apps and what not. I know CT's CM10 will boot, but the touchscreen does not work. So I would think just getting the hardware to work properly would be a priority. Just saying, but I want to thank you for your work...I have a 701c A10 so the X13 shouldn't be a problem with me..also if you get one to work with the 701c, it will work on the 701i. I was running the ICS rom from the 701i on my 701c

the CM10 doesn't contain the su, the apps that are added in the cm10, are nova as stock cm10 launcher is still being ported from CM9 and crashes ALOT, esfile as a file manager with root is useful for debugging, and a10mount so you can mount the tablet to the pc with out having to run a command through terminal emulator, so now the big question what about the cm9 compatibility try this with AOKP and see if it boots, i will build a CM10 based only on the PMID702c files tonight so you can try tmrw, the light black screen is caused by using a blank rle image (no logo) it should sit on that screen for a minute. please try to see if CM9 or AOKP will boot. i only own a PMID702c so im building these blind with no testing.

please post your model and does this happen with both CM9 / AOKP, or just with the CM10. if it is with both i will rebuild one just for that device and not the full 701 series. also the 701i-X13 model wont work. if it is the X13 model try the 702c compatibility.

Also make sure u use the correct compatibility zip there is one for CM9 / AOKP and a completely different zip for CM10.

OK im going to disable them from download for the night, please check back tmrw ill review everything and rework and should be back up to download tmrw afternoon sometime. thanks for the info. i think based of what you reported i know what the issue is so i should be able to correct the zips for trials tmrw. i had the same issue with the ones i built for the PMID702c at first.

On rotation please check Nova setting normally disabled by default. For wifi reload ICS run lsmod with wifi off the turn wifi on and run lsmod take notice of what module is added locate .ko for that module in /system/lib/modules reinstall or restore CM10 paste that module in system/vendor/modules/ reboot see if wifi turns on. Is touch screen working? Please post what modules loads in ICS,

ok gave it a try,
Touch screen works, but no rotation. I can force it into Portrait mode, but if I turn on auto rotate in nova and and in the system it does not rotate...
Wifi is not working, this may help, shawnbusker said the 701c was using the rtl 8192cu.ko & mma7660.ko drivers for wifi, its in thread:
