    The Terminal Output I got from my 701C showed 8192cu.ko as my file that went missing when the wifi was off. Can I copy this to somewhere in CM10 to get wifi working?

      Wifi continued..

      Just noticed that .ko file is already in the compatibility zip and on my tablet in /system/lib/modules. Still not working yet though...

              Tried LITE zip, then tried moving sensors.exDroid.so to /system/lib/hw and fixed permissions and factory reset, then tried CM10_Polaroid-PMID701c-Trial-20120914.zip in recovery over top and factory reset. And all result as follows:

              What's working LITE & Trial:
              Audio
              Touch Screen

              What's Not Working LITE & Trial:
              Rotation
              Wifi

              ______________

              However when I used your original compatibility file I had Rotation & Touch with no Wifi & Audio.

              What's Working Original Compatibility zip:
              Rotation
              Higher Resolution & Open GL Accel??
              Touch

              What's Not Working Original Compatibility zip:
              Audio
              Wifi

                Something else interesting to note is with your original compatibility file I see a dock at the bottom with a microphone, contact and app drawer but the new trial zips the bottom looks just like stock ICS.

                Resolution also seems higher with original compatibility zip. Resolution might be a requirement of the dock...

                  no i removed nova it was crashing when i used my volume up or down keys, i look back through my changes and post another trial sometime today or early tmrw. it seems to be a mater of finding what needs to be tweaked in both init.rc and init.sun4i.rc, so rotation worked in 1st build. so ill revert those changes back. so you got the same results with both CM10_Polaroid-PMID701c-Trial-20120914-LITE.zip and CM10_Polaroid-PMID701c-Trial-20120914.zip?

                    ro.sf.lcd_density=120 to ro.sf.lcd_density=160

                    see how that looks

                    ALSO DOUBLE CHECK ROTATION IN LAUNCHER I HAD ONE KERNEL I USED ON MY DEVICE THAT NEEDED THIS ENABLED IS IT LOADED IN PORTRAIT OR LANDSCAPE

                        Will try and report back. It's currently loaded in landscape. I checked rotation under the display setting. Just realized the launcher setting will wipe, reload and try that one too.

                          try this new one, CM10_Polaroid-PMID701c-Trial-20120914-LITE-v0.1.zip https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B4h...GRmLTBqenNBa0E , screen rotations should be working now, made small change to wifi based on original init.rc reference, let me know whats working and whats not, fresh install will be needed, if wifi is still not working let me know if it just wont find networks of if the toggle wont even turn on.

                            Well we are making progress. Rotation works. Wifi I can click the button to turn it on (off by default) and it just stays at "turning wifi on" and never does turn on.

                              in terminal emulator run
                              su
                              logcat >> /sdcard/wifi.log

                              then go into setting and toggle wifi a couple of times

                              then upload the log for me to review

                              check to see if in setting it turns if the toggle turns on then turns off real quick,

                              also try CM10_Polaroid-PMID701c-Trial-20120914-LITE-v0.1a.zip first then try CM10_Polaroid-PMID701c-Trial-20120914-LITE-v0.1b.zip

                              if wifi doesnt work with either run the logcat with them as well..
