I know how to unpackage the rom and change kernel with rk tool but this little beyond me. Is this new kernel ? Or from d33 previous posts in here. I still have 2 boxes here to play with this to see if wifi working. 😆

Still waiting for your report on Ubuntu image.

I'll try the rom but I'll need a run down on few things (slower them some on this) The image flasflash able by standard flash tool? If not give me walk through (been bricked before ok alot ok master of the brick wont be my last brick either lmao.

Use the rk tool to un pack neomode rom download the kernel from the link. Re pack the new kernew in the flash tool using the parts from the unpack. Switch kernel to one downloaded.

I understand neo instructions re terminal but bit lost on the adding the other zip.

make follow install terminal emulator and type the follow

su
cd system/lib/modules
insmod 8189es.ko
rmmod wlan.ko
insmod wlan.ko

then should work
