Well l said I had CWM backups, but neither of them boot after I try to load them. I had to reflash. SK, did you test CWM restore on yours? Anyone else tried it ? Make sure your TB is current before you try, in case you have the same problem I had.

ok guys its fixed .
its like v2 now again.
i just rebuild the rom again today and upload it again.
a whole reflash is necessary.

Ok. It must have been that I was trying to back to the previous ROM. It must not be able to handle that.

or you had a bad sdcard
i had it once and after my recovery only a black screen.
i changes the sd with another one and it worked again

I'm going through setup wizard right now.

I'm just backing up with CWM and will flash the new rom and let you know.

BTW I'm sure for some changes we only need to flash some parts of the rom, like system.img, so we can update for things like this without having to flash the whole thing.

Bob should be able to advise but I don't think he's about at the moment.

yes true but not this time
i changed boot.img for fix the default.prop again.
sow normally just flash boot.img.
but changed also system.img for the fonts to originally again .
sow its better for a clean install

Flashed and all installed and looking good!
SD card issues have gone away...excellent!!

I should have know you'd know about partial flashing! There's a saying over here - "Don't teach your grandma to suck eggs", basically don't tell someone something they already know!
