While I was at it, I went ahead and reflashed the original stock rom to find the firmware codes. I entered a request on Arnova's support site for any updates they might have, since they have never posted an update. We'll see what they say. I listed all the stuff we found wrong with their firmware.

Good luck with that! They are like talking to a wall. You only ever hear yourself! But if you do get a response, I would love to see it! Would be the first one I have ever seen anyone get!

By the way, I actually have the 8gb version, but I've never had an 8gb ROM. It isn't a huge deal, but what needs to be done so I can use the whole 8gb?

@ bob what for the 8 gig version.
is it just the parameters that's changes with the tool.
because someone tested this rom on a 8 gig version.
everything works great. but internal hes got 4 gig now and not 8 gig.

I didn't even realize I had 8gb all this time until I entered my serial info with Arnova, and it said what I had.

I run a 32gb external SD, so I have PLENTY of room for all my stuff. With all these issues surrounding the internal storage, I really never used it much, especially since every time I flash, it erases it all.

Since it was only 4gb, it wasn't worth messing with, but I might put the 8gb to some use.

I noticed a post a week or so ago requesting 8gb by someone else. Maybe you can upload a version for us.

I'm sold on the Apex Launcher, too. Good find. My Go Launcher slowed things down a bit.
