I just installed this rom on a 2gb MXIII but the wifi won't work. During the config wizard it wont display my access point. Any ideas?

If I try to use the ethernet instead, it says "ethernet connecting....." but nothing happens. It wouldn't let me upload another pic.

Does anyone know what the problem is? I feel like i broke the box

IT WORKS NOW, I JUST HAD TO FINNISH THE WIZARD AND GO BACK INTO SETTINGS

I have a question. Any idea why no sound is being output from the SPDIF optical out? It worked before I installed this ROM. I've tried all three settings HDMI, PCM, etc.

i cant speak for bob, but i suspect he is just waiting for the next firmware to come out that has some bug fixes like 1104 for instance, i think was him that said 1104 was BARELY better at all then 1094, and thats why he didnt make a new rom off it...EDIT read post 270

How can i scroll down and up in the Internet, i have a Rii mini classic also.
Surf speed is perfect but scrolling is horrible

For Rii mini must i use the adapter to work or is their a way without the adapter, its a 2,4g mini keyboard and how to change the language for the keyboard now it is english but i have a german.

Beelink M8B- Finless ROM 2.0 question

Just got an M8B and when attempting to load your ROM , I noticed the file recovery.img is missing from the zip file you made available ( this is valid for both ROMS 1.9 & 2.0). ROMs were downloaded form Freaktab.
Seeing that no one is "complaining" about the missing file, I've tried to use it to update the M8B. Installation Option 1 didn't work since I couldn't find a reset button /hole on the unit. Option 2 didn't find any files on the SD card... So, I'm thinking it must be the missing file....

Any assistance with this is greatly appreciated!

The recovery image is the same with all the roms so you can merely copy it over from any of the ones for this device.

Would you please send a link to a page/post containing such file? An initial search on M8B RECOVERY.IMG returned an awful number of posts :-)

Nevermind! :-) I ended up downloading a ROM from
[ROM] Beelink M8-S82 Round TV Box. Leolas V1.2.0

... this archive (leolas-V1.2.0-FULL-Beelink-M8B-rounded-AML_S802.zip) does contain a recovery.img file.


So I'll copy the file to the same location on the SD Card where I extracted the files from Finelss 2.0 ROM and hope the ROM update will work! I hope this will help other users with similar issues. :-)

If anyone sees any issues with these steps OR if the recovery.img file is not compatible with Beelink M8B please let me know ( I won't be able to work on this until later today/evening).
