The wifi firmware is loaded at boot from a file stored within the Android system files. It is not kernel dependant. Only the driver is held in the kernel.

I'll check the dates on both the driver and the firmware to see if there is a newer version on the Rockchip FTP.

riley and maakie: a feedback from you as well would be nice

Thank you Cusco. I have tried and it erase IDB, but, when I try to flash the stock ROM or Reiley´s ROM it stops. As said before, this is the message:
I click ERASE NAND. Erasing IDB OK.
I click Flash Rom with Loader marked.
    Start to run.
    Start to download boot.
    Download boot OK.
    Start to test device.
    Test device OK.
    Start to download IDB.
    Error: Download IDB failed.
    Error: Run failed.
