Umm, Im watching Netflix without any problems, also many othe streaming services that have DRM in their content.

I have a question, if I do full backup with TWRP of my 1.6 with apps now and then put 1.9 using PC and test things. If I have any problems, can I just use TWRP to restore the old 1.6 ROM back with all apps and settings? First Rockchip device for me, so not sure how things work...

      Anyone using a screen recorder?
      If yes, which one?
      Does it work properly?

First of all, thanks again Randy for your great work making those roms possible.

I'm very happy with 1.7 and will download 1.8 asap. The only problem I found in 1.7 is with the WiFi standby and hopefully in 1.8 this is corrected. It would be great if someone has already tested and could give us some feedback about.

I'll update as soon as I test it

@aundp have you tested 1.8 yet? Because I also have battery drain on 1.7, haven't tested 1.8 yet but I gonna do that somewhere this week.

That it! Same problem is in 1.8
The 1.5 version was without the WiFi issue and the 1.6 was without the battery issue.
The 1.7 and 1.8 have both of them:
            WiFi doesn't wake up
            Battery is draining.

Is there any way to make a hybrid of 1.5 and 1.6 versions?

What was the WiFi issue? And does that issue still exist in 1.6?
I think i'm going to flash 1.6 again, you can just go back from1.7 to 1.6 right? No other actions needed?

                What process drains battery?

Battery drain seems to be wifi related. If you manually shutdown wifi before going to sleep, I get like 2-3% battery drain, but if you leave wifi on (even with option to shutdown on deepsleep), battery will drain 20-30% overnight and not connect back most of the time.

So Im just manually shutting wifi down before long time of not usage, its easy with a gadget on launcher.

Just a question.. Why do you not plug your tablet in overnight?

1.6 no problem with drain, average 2% per night, I never leave wifi on ever so bugs like wifi draining power or wifi not switching on after screen off never bothers me...

Anyway, just reporting my experience, 1.6 is working fine, tq all.

The WiFi wouldn"t come back ON after wake. Yes, on on 1.6 this issue exists.
You just flash it - no issues with it.
