By the way ...OTA updates were mentioned earlier. This tablet does actually do updates over the air. It was one of the first things I did, going from 1.02 to 1.03.

I must give out a warning to everyone thinking about ordering the T9.

1. It is very heavy, much heavier than anything else I've used.

iTS NOT LIGHT NO BUT THATS BECAUSE OF HOW WELL BUILT IT IS

2. The build quality is poor. When you touch the screen you hear plastic noises, as if the screen and case don't fit together well. The screen is pressed down against the case and it makes small poping noises that are extremely annoying. it is similar to low quality laptop keyboards that bend inwards. it is really annoying it is not a small matter, it just feels awful and cheap. THe noises also occur when you pick it up, or move it.

3. The screen is not smooth enough to the touch, and is not responsive like other Tablets. I did remove the plastic sheet.

I'll keep updating. Anyone else noticed these problems?

They must have a sample with 'grain' ....& more than that ...

Being thin is in, and they consider the T9 as a downgrade from the 9X because of it's heftier design..

Not sure I agree that much. Still, thin is actually in, so it will be of interest to see if Cube sticks with this beefier design. It will depend on sales, ultimately!

About pure design, taking a look of the picture of the T9, I think my talk 9x is better, but I would go for the T9 if a new tablet was needed, newer, faster, with 4G support, HW compartment is really good!

Thank you, lowest frequency is lower than talk 9x (almost 300Mhz less), So I suppose that at least in idle and in low power requirement scenarios T9 could increase battery life wrt talk 9x.
