      When I was on stock, I used to get many screen resolutions under screen settings (including 1080p). Using one of these options options, I used to get good picture without any problems on an old Samung LCD TV (It has only DVI). However, After flashing Finless 1.5a rom I can see only two options 720X520 @50Hz and 720X480 @60Hz under screen settings. With either of these options I am not getting good picture.

      How can I see (other) higher resolutions under screen settings.

      Many thanks for your help.

      Note: Connected MK808 to Samsung Blue-Ray player and from there to Samsung LCD TV.
      @Bob
      Could you pls help with this?

          Do you mean it does boot up at all with the provided power adapter? It might be out of order then. As for the keyboard, you can select the keyboard layout in Language & Input settings.

              There are other keyboards in the playstore which probably offer azerty.

              The crash/freeze might be because the USB of your TV can not provide enough power. I would check for another power supply. Look for one which can deliver 2A.

                  And a question for Bob: how do you connect to the internet, and what do you use (hardware, drivers...).

                  Thank you for your response!
                  antenna genarally is connected by using coaxial cable http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coaxial_cable

                  what u need to do it connect the outter layer to the GND and inner core to the ANT.

                    Actually, the included adapter works for me. However, I thought a better power supply would help the wifi signal, so I bought an OEM iPad charger (5V 2.1A 10W, around $8 in my local shop, you may find it in ****); however, it won't help the wifi (may need to open up and examine the wifi antenna soldering); but my MK808 works smoothly.

                        I install Quick Boot (Reboot) widget, and I can power off my MK808 with it. I've not tried the included Reboot widget yet.

                        I just bought a small plug with builtin on/off switch, then you don't need to plug/unplug your power adapter; just switch it off and on with the builtin switch.

                                Sv: NEW - MK808 Android mini TV Player - Finless 1.5A Custom ROM

                                Just bumping an issue here:
                                I installed TVlauncher and choose it as standard launcher. Bu every time I reboot I have to choose launcher again. Is there any fix, method or app that can getting a new launcher to stick as default?

                                Skickat från min HTC Desire via Tapatalk 2
