not really, you could cutdown your profit, honor your word and gain the loyalty of your customers, shipping on the date (march 10) you set up. If you would have paid the phones in advance as we do to you, you could be pressing your provider now, but you decided not to do it and now transfer the financial cost to the customers. It's ok you can abuse your dominant position, but, guess what, you can do it only once. This is not about money, is about ethics.

I put the two US adapters that came with the US plugs in, but if possible can I get UK plugs back please? The Adaptors push out too much from the wall.
I couldn't put the plus back in too as they sent the package price over €30.
I have tracking number too that I can PM if needed.
