Mr.Finless say, in "readme" file : "If you do not ever see the flash tool say "Found RKAndroid MASS Storage USB" or reboot to flash mode does not work, then use this manual proceedure.
          1) Have the USB cable unplugged.
          2) Near the HDMI port are 2 holes in each corner. One is the blue LED hole.
The other in the corner is a reset button under the hole.
Use a paper clip or something to push the reset button in this hole.
I actually enlarged the hole so a paper clip would fit.
You will feel the button "click" when you are on it.
          3) Hold this button down and while holding it, plug the USB cable from the PC to the OTG port on the MK808.
          4) YOu should here windows BONG it found a new device. The LED will not light!
          5) You are now in ROM flash mode. Read below for installing drivers."
          Good luck !

Unplugged it and plug it again, thats your only option (you can also use the switch on a power bar if you prefer).

(it is not MSC device). Maybe I have it wrong I'm not a software expert. Sorry for my bad english I'm dyslexic.

                      Thank you!

I just wanted to say thanks Bob!

The flash process was extremely easy, the only hard part was getting the drivers installed.

                        andr3a :
                        -Unplug everything
-Plug the USB cable into your PC (use USB port located at back of PC, not in front !)
-Press with paperclip the hidden button and HOLD IT DOWN
-Plugin the microUSB cable in to the OTG port of MK808 (while still holding the paperclip button down).

The PC should almost instantly beep and you are in flash mode !

The MK808 doesn't require a 2nd cable for power. The MK808 WILL get power and run from the PC over the OTG port. So the only thing required to be connected is the PC-OTG cable. You don't even really need HDMI to flash these. So check your USB cables if you run into problems. The Hidden Button needs to be pressed and held before powering the unit on.
                        Also, check/change the power adapter (5 volts @ 2 Ampers !).

LE : With original USB cable delivered with my MK, I was unable to re-flash my stick. I used an USB cable from my digital camera (Canon) and all worked smoothly !!!

Check FinlessROM folder there is no system img. You must put the system.img in the FinlessRom folder
                            then it works.

Open the rkadroidtool v1.35 see if the mk808 connect
Press the button in the flash tool "Erase NAND (IDB)". Let it finish.
YOU MUST DO THIS OR THE FLASH WILL NOT WORK!!!!!
Press the "Flash ROM" button. It will take several minutes to do it's thing. Watch for errors!
After flash and no errors, the mk808 will reboot.

Every game or emulator I've tried suffers frame drops or stuttering, is everybody having the same problem ?

It only works well for browsing internet and watching videos.
