TECLAST T98 32GB new scatter file (user space and system enlargment)

These are new scatter file for 4GB 6GB 8GB 16GB userdata partition

1. Make TWRP FULL backup (not on the tablet) mandatory remember intsd partition will be format backup it also! YOU ARE BEEN FORMATTING YOUR TABLET

2. Use SPFT to upload Stock original ROM with Stock original RECOVERY!

3. Copy whatever NEW scatter file in the folder of Stock ROM

4. Use SPFT with NEW scatter file and upload FULL Stock original ROM with Stock original RECOVERY in FIRMWARE UPGRADE mode be sure NOT to uncheck anything

5. START it in recovery mode

6. Make a Wipe Factory RESET to finish resizing partition

7. Restart in normal mode once

8. Use SPFT with NEW scatter file in DOWNLOAD mode and upload TWRP recovery ONLY

9. Restore the backup with TWRP

10 Restart .... Enjoy!

YOU can't loose your IMEI if you make a full TWRP backup (NVRAM partition)

I have TECLAST T98. Tab works fine, but i have one query, whenever i install any app from the play store, it gets installed in a Internal Memory which is only of 2GB & not in the Internal Storage of 32GB. I have also inserted a memory card of 16GB & have set my default installation path to SD Card, but still no change.

As a result, now that internal memory of 2GB is getting full & i can not update or install any more apps from the play store. Please help me.

I've done a new s
file with 2GB SYSTEM partition and 4GB USERAPP partition
to use it you need to follow this path
make TWRP FULL backup (not on the tablet) mandatory
YOU ARE BEEN FORMATTING YOUR TABLET
use SP FLASH with scatter file attachment but in firmware upgrade mode with stock or rileyrom firmware
(you need to format tablet to change partition size this is why you need backup I haven't loose my IMEI because we don't format NVRAM partition)
after firmware upgrading finished
simply restore your FULL TWRP backup
now you will have

1.91GB SYSTEM partition
3.91GB USERAPP partition
20.99GB INTSD partition

before you had

1.24GB SYSTEM partition
1.94GB USERAPP partition
25.56GB INTSD partition

I think its the same for cube t7 t9 also!

It seems difficult that these can adapt to scatter cube T7 (Rom = 16Gb) and Cube T9 (Samsung EMMC).
I have long been trying to figure out how to change the partition date.
Uploading your files on SPFT is evident that modify the partition sizes of userdata and cache, but not the system partition that you say you have brought from 1,24 to 1,91Gb.
Why?
You could, using terminal with the command (cat / proc / EMMC) post the results after this change and if possible before the changes?
Would it help me understand how to modify the partitions of CubeT9

I think is the same for t7 and t9 (but i cannot try it) because scatter file are the same for teclast T98 16GB or 32GB model and CUBE T7 T9 also (some little difference only for different size of userdata partition) so what is important that if you modify scatter only to stay below 4GB on physical_start_addr of intsd partition if you have a model with 16GB EMMC
uploading my scatter in FIRMWARE UPGRADE mode create SYSTEM PARTITION of 1.91GB then if you put back your backuped system partition with twrp, because twrp backup only the contents not the size of partition, you have system partition size modified
so trick is from system partition on take linear_start_addr= physical_start_addr then modify partition_size as you want then the NEW linear_start_addr= physical_start_addr of next partition is the first start_address+partition_size and so on look that partition size intsd is partition_size: 0x0 i think this mean to the end of your emmc

After some different try my method don' t work with 8gb partition size i will try with 6gb and 5gb later

OK I flash tablet with your scatter file it was not easy but not very difficult though.
What was mandatory is the driver from teclast.
Next is to flash recovery TWRP, then backup , then flash original firmware with the modified scatter file and TWRP recovery, then restore the backup.
