I know you have contacted our customer service and we already asked the carrier to track the package. However, they told us it was delayed in transit to the third-party country due to the Christmas and new year.
Personally I don't think they gave us a good answer. I think you can open the paypal dispute. You can protect your right.

I have checked this and it says its in Ireland since 29th December but if I check on www.anpost.ie item cannot be found.
Most parcels in Ireland are delivered next day once they are in the country.
Yes I did use Priority Line so I would get parcel in 7-14 days but now its over 30 days.

Going back to a couple of comments that peaked my interest, it seemed that some items were coming directly from the UK.
Has Gearbest expanded their UK warehouse for global distribution because if they have then that could be good news for some of us Brits?

There is a huge problem with these devices as the firmware or hardware is defective.
Actually works OK if connected to a computer monitor but if you use it as intended to a TV after a period of use the screen will flicker and the colour go sort of green pink and blurry.
The Beelink forum is littered with complaints and so is the internet, I have tried several different firmware/rom downloads now and its always the same. When you hook up to your TV of choice the device will 'Green Screen' after 20-30 minutes of use.
It looking like Beelink dont have a fix and I want to return this as its useless this way.

Only so you know do a search for "beelink gt1 green screen" and you will get a plethora of results and images all with the same problem.
Just read the Beelink forum about the irate voices about no update or fix.
I have a S912 which has faulty firmware and it should be brought to your attention that this product especially the S912 serial numbers have this fault with a huge range of TV's, Sony, Panasonic and Samsung I think.
Beelink are offering no fix unfortunately.

It has nothing to do with cleaning, as the HDMI works for 20 to 30 minutes then the (Green-Pink Screen occurs)
Already have and approximately 6 different HDMI cables all produce the same result on various HDMI ports on various TVs (3) which adds up to about 15 ports.
The reason I have had this box this length of time is because I have been thoroughly testing the fault and trying very hard to remove it.
All you need to do is a simple google "Beelink GT1 Green Screen" like I have said and some devices are much worse than others.
Checking the HDMI port or cleaning it, or changing the HDMI cable is pointless as its not that type of fault. These will often cause Green interference and banding across the screen, but when you do get dirty or bad ports the error is constant.
This error is intermittent and wide spread across the internet and its not dirty contacts or dodgy ports.

I think you will probably find the GT1 Ultimate has firmware and PCB changes and this error is no more.

Yeah no problem.
I did quite a lot of work and research on the A912 SN version and its not ports or cables.
There are some TV's it will just not work with and the fault is with the GT1.

There is no issue with my TV apart from its a Sony and the box does not work with Sony Tv's.
It also has problems with Panasonic and samsung as it is clearly documented many times on the web.
I have tried this with 3 Sony Tvs hence why it took me time to come back to you.
It does the same on all of them.

I have two older TV boxes, tablets and a PS3, computers that all work fine.

Can I not send it back to the EU warehouse that I purchased it from?
Also if I send it now it will prob exceed the 45 days dur to time to get there.
Pointless me keeping the item as its really useless for me as it doesn't work with any of the TV's I have.
Replacement is no good as if its the same SN912 serial number its highly likely to be the same.

I am not holding Gearbest at fault its Beelink and they have problems with the firmware of that model.
Beelink are usually really good and often new firmware is available.
Isn't though and that says much.
I really would prefer to send it back to the EU warehouse.
You know how long it will take, how long I have been trying to get this thing working.

Hm. Long story, short resume: I would say it is a Beelink - just a Beelink.
With 90 posts in the Beelink forum about waiting on a new firmware from Beelink, there is not so much hope to get a fully working Firmware from Beelink,
When the hardware has no issue, there is a good choice that sooner or later you will find a custom rom on FreakTab.com or somewhere else.

I can definitely vote for the new " Australia line" priority shipping. An order that was shipped out on 20 January was today delivered at my doorstep.
Australia line is Toll brothers and can be tracked on the DPEX website, not on the link posted above and even less the link I received from Gearbest support. https://dpex.com/Tools-And-Applications/Track-And-Trace
Another order which was shipped out to the same address on 17 January with Kerry express has still no trace of it though.
Though there is also bad news order W1701212052269803, which was placed on 22 January, marked as in stock and to ship out on 23 January, was still not packed on 24 January.
I contacted support ( ticket T170124045480 and was informed that article was NOT in stock and would take at least 2 weeks to restock and be able to ship out.
They offered me to wait until stock, select a random other article, or get refunded in Gearbest points.
I responded that none of the above options was of interest and requested a refund to my PayPal account.
The next day support responded, completely ignored my request, and said they would inform me when the item is back in stock.
A PayPal dispute has since been opened, and Gearbest informed from this, but they don't even bother to respond to either the PP dispute or the GB ticket.
Needless to say that in 24 hours the dispute will be escalated to a claim.
Nice detail : However I was informed on 24 January that the item will take at least 2 weeks to restock, as of today the item is still marked on the website as in stock and to be shipped out 27 - 31 January.
