PayPal claim for the first order is in the pipeline already, because item should have been delivered 3 days ago, but tracking hasn't even be updated as of today.
I messaged your support department twice already, and twice they decided to simply ignore the content of my message, and talk around the subject.
First reply they were even so brave to suggest I wait another 2 weeks. Do they really understand the meaning of Express shipping, because I selected that option for a reason?
I have now given your support an ultimatum to make a full refund visible in my PayPal account by 09.00am January 10, because I will not accept the item any more. So if they want to avoid a PayPal claim they better act before that time. Ticket number is T17010804472
Visible doesn't mean sending a message that the refund is activated but will take x amount of days to show in my account.
Expect another 4 PayPal claims for as many other late orders to be activated during the next 5 days.
