Questions about the Offers, status, package to GearBest! and Support

    I'm confident your English is good enough to understand the meaning of that remark, and it should not be reason to cause any delays in shipping, since all your shipments usually are shipped like that.

    PayPal claim for the first order is in the pipeline already, because item should have been delivered 3 days ago, but tracking hasn't even be updated as of today.

    I messaged your support department twice already, and twice they decided to simply ignore the content of my message, and talk around the subject.

    First reply they were even so brave to suggest I wait another 2 weeks. Do they really understand the meaning of Express shipping, because I selected that option for a reason?

    I have now given your support an ultimatum to make a full refund visible in my PayPal account by 09.00am January 10, because I will not accept the item any more. So if they want to avoid a PayPal claim they better act before that time. Ticket number is T17010804472

    Visible doesn't mean sending a message that the refund is activated but will take x amount of days to show in my account.

    Expect another 4 PayPal claims for as many other late orders to be activated during the next 5 days.

      I believe I will definitely boycott GEAR-WORST.

          The latest reply from Gearbest support, so my question is if they just pretend to be dumb , or really are.

          They are very well aware that Express shipping by Kerry Express was selected, which states 7-15 days and order was placed on 23 December, so why do they suggest I go check at the post office and say deadline is 30 days?

          I also suggest that Gearbest throw out Kerry Express as their Express courier, because he is obviously the cause for all the problems with delivery.

          An other order from me which was placed 3 days later, and shipped to Europe by NL post, has been delivered last week already. So why Kerry Express can not deliver within Asia in DOUBLE that time?

          All further communication with Gearbest will now go through the PayPal resolution center, as it has become clear that Gearbest has no intention on taking up their responsibility and refund for a non delivery.

          2)Please contact your local post office in charge of your areastating your name and address.

            Going back to a previous statement.

            "Whatever, I have 5 orders on the way, which I know already that with the delays in shipping they will not arrive in time, and I will reject them one by one as I have placed orders elsewhere already."

            On the basis that every one of them is going to be rejected upon delivery anyway, then it seems prudent just to go through the process of Paypal claims to get your money back and enjoy the products that have been ordered elsewhere.

            It seems clear that the online support on the Gearbest website is in need of some improvement in respect of giving customers clear, concise and helpful responses but I would have thought that based upon your statement that it would simply be easier to pursue your claims than continue to talk with customer representatives about something that you have already decided that you are going to reject.

              That is correct and I have also informed Gearbest support twice already, yesterday and today again that I consider the ticket closed, and all further communication will go through Paypal resolution center.

              I only wonder why, when they clearly state the tracking number and the name of the express courier in their reply, why in that same reply they ask me to go to the post office and ignore their own delivery time commitments.

              I think that clearly indicates of some kind of badwill instead of goodwill in trying to resolve the delivery.

              As stated in my previous post, the fault of late delivery lays clearly with their choice of Express courier ( Kerry Express) , and they should been aware of this by now since this a is a frequent event.

              How does one explain that a China based Express courier is unable to make a delivery within Asia in a 18 day time frame, when Netherlands post makes a delivery to Europe at the same time in 10 days? ( Order was placed on 25 December and delivered in Europe on 5 January)

              Take note that there are extended holidays in Europe, which do not apply to Asia, during that time period.

                There are some lessons to be learned and the feedback provided should hopefully enable the support to improve and appropriate conversations with delivery companies made because lost customers benefits nobody.

                  Heya,
                  I am hoping that you could look into the status of my delivery on my behalf. Order No. W1611081306301661 with Tracking No. RS323768911GB It seems to have left Heathrow on 2017-01-04. It is now 6 days later and unless it was sent by helium balloon I wonder if it is damaged or made lost? Either way the status to Canada seems to be "up in the air" !

                    I appreciate your patience and I am so sorry for the delay. I notice our customer service already asked the carrier to track your package. It might take a couple of days. If you still think it is beyond your patience, you can open a paypal dispute.

                    Again sorry for all these although I have been saying sorry for almost one year....

                      Indeed, some express companies couldn't deliver parcels on time and we are very upset and have been testing new shipping methods. If our customers keep complaining about the Kerry Express, we would like to end it. However, we should have a backup shipping method.

                      I am sorry that some of us couldn't reply very patiently and precisely. If we don't do a good job, please make a complaint.

                      If parcels are not delivered finally, Gearbest is absolutely liable for the refund. Our 3rd anniversary comes this March. We are still growing up and have a heart to improve our service.

                            What you think about this one?

                            Today I placed 2 orders for friends. Both have a Minix air mouse included which is eligible for a 10% discount with code GBCNA.

                            The discount is rewarded twice.

                            Then I place a 3rd order which again includes the very same Minix air mouse, but for the 3rd order the discount code doesn't work anymore.

                            I select a few other items which should be eligible for the discount, but no discount rewarded anymore.

                            So I log out and use another account with Gearbest, enter the same items in the cart, apply the code and voila the discount is awarded.

                            I enter the other items with which I also tried in my main account, and each time I get the discount.

                            Log out again and log in again with the same account I placed the 2 orders previously , but no way I can get a discount for any of the items, which were fine previously and are still good in other accounts.

                            So with Gearbest you get punished instead of rewarded for being a good customer???????????????????

                              So I had a chat with the live suppoort yesterday, and they were not aware of any limitation of the coupon, but they suggested I use another account to place the order, and just forget about my earned points and consider them wasted.

                              They also told me they awarded me 200 points for the inconvenience, which however fail to show up in my account. LOL

                              I then took it up with the support desk, and first reply was that they couldn't change any made orders and worked only on certain items which I had linked to in my ticket, so seemingly their English is very poor.

                              When I replied that I wanted to make additional orders instead, and that the coupon worked on 3 previous orders with the same items, they made on the spot a new rule up that the coupon was limited to 3 uses only.

                              They however fail to show me any terms and conditions where this rule is shown.

                              Gearbest is once again proving that they are not to be trusted, have a very unprofessional support, and should be avoided.
