OK my TV shows that the resolution is 1080P. I verified that in the settings is at 1080P. I don't seem to get any higher resolution than 720P as a selectable resolution in YouTube though.

I tried playing Avatar 1080P in Kodi and Kodi does show the resolution at 1080 in the info bar at the bottom. I did remove the Kodi that came with the Rom and installed Kodi 15 RC1, I don't know if that makes a difference.

How do you show all the video info in Kodi? The one that shows resolution, frame etc...

BTW I'm using the ROM I modified myself. I don't have a fully working Tornsmart remote yet. Just the Power Button works but I use a different remote for the Box. But I'm pretty sure Kodi is working at 1920x1080 if the video is 1080P
