I have 1.8 on my m8 and when I turned on my box this morning the blue light flickered and nothing no recovery no boot up and when I hook up to computer nothing I was going to use burn tool which I have used before on the box but nothing. What could be wrong? Any help would be appreciated TIA.

Tried multiple times to install on different sd cards and usb stick but i keep getting the same issue. the installation hangs on about 90% left to try for 1 hour but nothing happens. tried re downloading again too.

also can i ask what the kodi.zip is for in system/media

Update your usb burn tool to 2.0.5.9 and when holding down the reset button, plug in power cable and you also must be quick to plug in the usb cable to your android box, it may take you few times. also make sure you have the pin jumpered inside the box

do clear cache and factory reset or try upgrade to another rom first then try upgrade again

Ok so I need to jumper hold reset button plug in power cord and usb all at the same time until the box is recognized?

1. Have usb burning tool open and loaded with your selected image
2. Make sure inside the box 2 pins next to usb are jumper sleeve across them shorted.
3. keep reset button pressed with tooth pick something non metalic or conductive
4. plug in power you have 2 seconds to then plug in usb cable to outer usb port keep holding reset button till you here windows H/W detection and it show up in usb burning tool.
5, It may take you a few times and you will see on usb burn tool window connected.

Tried all of that. Can install alll the others perfect but 1.8 will not get past 90% left it on for 24 hours and would not budge. Guess it's just not ment to be.

try to redownload the 1.8 rom it could be corrupt data somehow. just tryin to help

Reflex check you email spam or junk folder if still have issue pm with date you paid and email addy

tda203000 you can try 1.6 or my older roms to see if they are compatible look at my signature or pin topics

1.9 due out possible end of the week trying to squuze every ounce of wifi signal from this firmware with promising results as i can pick up wifi hotspot I could never pick up before
