Tronsmart Vega s95 Amlogic s905 Series: Pro, Meta and Telos

Risk is associated with any flash or method.
I used the USB Burning Tool for the very first time two days ago. The S95 is the first Amlogic device I have ever flashed. While there can be some complications, none left me with a brick.
It was not too difficult.
Carefully follow the instructions and you should be alright.

I would flash the latest, many bugs were reportedly addressed with it.
Images for Flashing via PC are up for the Telos now, the Meta and Pro will probably get posted today.

Will be telos pluged to power adaptor

The Telos has different power requirements than the Meta and Pro, 12vdc vs.5vdc, owning the Meta, I cannot say if it should be connected to supply. The Meta will boot entirely from the OTG port with no power supplied by the wall adapter. I have flashed under both conditions. In both cases, the procedure started with the power LED completely off, not red or blue. Since you cannot get your box to that state, I think you will have to start with power disconnected. Before doing so, remove all unneeded peripherals, i.e. disconnect USB accessories, remove SD card, disconnect SATA HD, etc.
If you attempt to update via PC and the box just boots to desktop, you may need to follow the steps I posted on Tronsmart's forum.

Does the TV have an external TV antenna connected or Satellite gear.

The power pack used on the Tronsmart is it in a power strip or directly in to wall socket.

thanks i did it succesfully by no connection to supply but hard power off still doesnt work

i dont use any satellite or tv antenna i only use it for youtube app on it by wifi connection and boxes to avr and then to tv connection,

i use belkin power strip

The google play store still keeps crashing when using sixaxis app so still more work to be done

Also if you try & change the input setting to a Bluetooth keyboard google play services will crash

Other question: other gamepads Like moga, xiaomi gamepad or tronsmart mars g01 can be used on emulators Like ppsspp.org.

I very much doubt that the sixaxis bug will be fixed by tronsmart so don't hold your hopes up for an update to fix it.

You can get it to work by uninstalling the updates to the google play services but then the play store ect ect will not work until you re update the play services again

The tronsmart mars G01 is ok & will work with most games but not all but should work with most emulators

FOR customer who have google play store crash problem,suggest to do the factory reset, and some users on tronsmart forum said it help. And the main reason for causing the crash, should be root the vega s95, and change something. just give it a try.

Hello. Always the same problem with sixaxis controller that does crashing Google play store and settings. I have not Google play store installed nonetheless. So tronsmart Vega s95 has a real problem with sixaxis controller. How can i do to play games with ds3? It's really annoying.

Can you install Null Keyboard from the Playstore, I know it has nothing to do with joystick, but would be curious to see if it has any affect.
