wilro_6276 This seems to be a common issue and it's also present in my builds.

I want to ask if is possible to use the AV video output on OE cause I was using it with androin on an old TV.
    Cheers.
Unfortunately, There is no support for AV output in any of the amlogic based devices running OE as far as I'm aware (It is possible to get audio however, I've just never tested this capability)

Mxiii plus or mxiii g can both use that firmware.

You want to use this for best results...

I have tried a couple of times with the test build. Each time after scanning in the metadata for my existing TV Shows and Movies, the gui just hangs (flashing the Kodi splash screen on and off every few seconds). Rebooting just does the same.

Just an FYI as this is still a development build. OE v6.0.1e works perfectly.

Wilro, I will update and play with 7 tonight and give you feedback... Thanks Buddy...

That's actually a pretty solid idea. I'll keep that in mind when I move to OE7. Tonight i'll probably just run the update for 6.0.3b and see how that works.

issue is, i was running the amber skin, so after flashing to oe7 test build, it would boot to the menus and then trigger a reboot (endlesssly). I wish flashing via the toothpick method would just completely wipe everything, is there a way?

i'm going to try to flash 6.0.1e via the toothpick method next. i really hope i haven't bunked up my box :O

Update: back to 6.0.1e. Can confirm that 6.0.3a does not use remote conf from system/.config. Wilro is this something you can possibly address? Unsure if it's also the case with the 7.0 test build as my amber skin mucked things up.
