Just letting know others with Tronsmart devices that the below app is successfully shutting down and reboot to bootloader. Just root the device and install it.

i have a Question , what is a SDIO Card , if i use the App SDInsight it shows up my SDCard / emmc and under SDIO Card stands something about Wifi .

(Broadcom bcm4335 Single Chip 5G Wifi 802.11 ac Mac Baseband Radio with Bluetooth 4.0 +HS & FM Radio Receiver) i thought i have a AP6335 in

my UT3.Can i install a Radio App if it has FM Support ???

SDIO - Secure Digital Input Output
It is an interface the wifi also uses, so completely normal.
The app is just reporting extra information and not just sticking to real SDCard, storage information.

Broadcom BCM4335(name usually used for Linux or in general) is just a different name for AP6335(abbreviated name, normally used for Android).
The AP6335 wifi chip does have FM capability.
I think in one blog post on Ugoos.net/blog they mentioned they will add FM support.
But I think it was abandoned since the FM signal were weak or you need an extra wire connected to the board etc.
you would then also need a Rockchip Radio app, since normal ones wouldn't work.
But you can ask them, maybe they have new information about it.

Other user said it worked, so you can try.
Very sad that Tronsmart abandons all their devices so fast, R28 abandoned over a year ago and doesn't even have Lollipop support.

I also got Xposed framework working on my firmware after some changes but thinking of an easier way for users to add it.

I used this to get adb root access to my system partition. It has the right fstab and doesn't need touch screen.

Just put a standard kernel and resource in the partitions described by parameter.txt
Edit: sorry, misunderstood. Can't you use use mkbootimg to include kernel and resource?

I have the R28 Meta 2G/16G and it is working perfectly. I recommend to install 17b because in 18 the HDMI pass-through didn't work (at least in my device).
If you use SPDIF then proceed with 18v.
In 17b the only problem that i had was with Google play after rooting the device.Also note that the remote is not working.
So my recommendation is, if you install 17b and need to root, first install any app that you want and then root your device.

The Launcher is great and the NTMC plays everything without any problem. The lan is very fast and stable (I do not use the WiFi so i do not know).

I think that 1080p is the most common display setting that most users will use.
If you need any logs from my device please let me know.
I can easy install 18 take the logs and rollback to 17.
Till the final solution i keep the device free from other apps.

Yes it is different, mo123 has to verify what drivers has in his ROM.
