I do have to ask what may, on the surface seem a stupid question but my 35 years in IT Support has shown that sometimes you have to ask questions to get certain quantification.

The new firmware "R-BOX Pro Amlogic S912 TV Box Firmware 20161128", has anyone successfully flashed it? I tried using the image writing tool to SD but got the dead android when I tried to update(same procedure with previous firmware worked fine).

I flashed it yesterday using the PC and found the Bluetooth and Wifi didnt work for me.
I didnt even know they have two separate board versions on R-box Pro.
It could be that I have the q6330 board on mine.

Does anyone know how to check the hardware ID without opening the box. Please advise? Thanks

Run CPU-Z on a fully working device and look Device->Board.
