Looks interesting very nice design, we will wait to see the interior and the rom how it performs an additional usb port would be nice than the two as i can see, and the feature that is elevated might help with the cooling.

Will it be rooted, why they are not root the s912 boxes as far as i know only the H96 & yoka tv are rooted

Yes it is a Good looking unit, maybe some more colours would be better than flashing LEDS, Brushed SIlver, Piano Black would look flash
Not sure as yet if Alloy or Plastic, I feel this one should have root, and If it's anything like the H96, gets warm but no meltdown.

I will be tempted to try one of this out, to me it looks plastic from the pic i might be wrong, yes some altenative colours will be nice, i agree with you about flashing leds it gets you distracted when you are watching a movie especially in low lighting contidions, but the lcd display is a plus for me i like it.

H96 looks good just a nice low glow blue, No Flash and can be turned off easily

From a visual perspective, this is my favourite design of all and takes me back to my days of youth where this could have easily been seen on Moonbase.

I am tempted to get this but I just don't trust GearBest right now after the fiasco with the MXQ Pro + boxes they sold not long ago. Who's to say this isn't going to end up like that nonsense. Also, rather have Kodi 16 until 17 is stable. Any thoughts?

Don't Ponder the past or anticipate the future, do it for the now,

Use Paypal, Gearbest Service and new rep Lin things are a lot better.
You can always uninstall and reinstall any Kodi you like,
But it your choice.
Remember they are on Holiday for a week and then will take time to get back into the swing of things.
