I think that will work...I just make the twrp and the root works..and I have to travel away from home...so Im not able to play with the build.prop.

I use aptoide app when I cant download fron store. Its not a solution but its something.

I need for some nexbox a95x user to try this rom and let me know if its working ok.

After modding system files, now the firmware got Android TV UI working (Play Store can search and download everything like my Mibox 4k, Live Channels work and get Full HD stream instead SD stream like 6.0 roms) but system settings is buggy (I guess this firmware built with tablet UI so when we switch to TV UI, they will cause a lot errors).

I dont know how to change to android tv...I change systemUI.apk with other systemUI.apk from other 7.1.1 rom and now I have statusbar fully working

I modded firmware become Android TV for my personal use (only watch IPTV and Youtube, Twitch...), if you want to try, here is TWRP backup link:

How to install:
- Extract to sdcard (you must extract to correct folder twrp on sdcard, best way is try backup first so TWRP will make a folder twrp then you can copy to same level with that backup folder) and boot to TWRP.
- Use Restore, select t95n_7.1.1_atv and swipe to restore.

Modded:
- Use TVStock Package.
- Removed all unnecessary OEM apps.
- Added support for SCI9082 wifi chip.
- Default remote.conf for T95N box (if your remote not work, you must copy your orginal remote.conf to /system/etc ).
- Voice search maybe work but my box don't have bluetooth and air mouse so I can't test voice search.
- Spoof as Mibox 3 so all apps for Android TV in Google Play is working.
- Rooted with SuperSU.

Bugs:
- Rom always booting to MXQ Launcher (no way to remove this launcher, if you delete MXQ Launcher apk, you will have soft brick), must press Home to switch back to Leanback Launcher.
- First boot will show MXQ Launcher, press Goolge Play icon in home launcher to make it crash but don't close, then press Home to show Android TV Setup wizard.
- System settings always force close when choose any menu items, use MXQ Settings if you want to set simple configuration.
- If you need to access settings flash this file t95n_enable_Settings.zip in TWRP to disable Android TV and gain access to system settings. After done configuration, flash this file t95n_enable_ATV_UI.zip to return back to Android TV.

Maybe this rom is first Android TV 7.1 rom for S905X box, I only see other Android TV 7.1 rom is for S912 box and have some bugs like my rom (choose settings item force close, can't set Home launcher).

Your board say t95x and have the same wifi chip as mine...so I dont understand why you need to change things to get it work. Can you share a pic of your remote control? Mine works out of the box, no need to change remote.conf.

Did you try the rom with out your mods?

Yes, exactly, no explanation. Having a license folder in the same directory you have the IMG file in does nothing so I can only assume he means decompiling/repacking the IMG with those files in a license folder within perhaps. But none of that is mentioned or explained.

Placed the license files within the license folder subdirectory of the USB burning tool program directory, still get mac 0 errors on every U2+ image i've downloaded.

i put all the 'license' files in that folder and its come up with a mac 16399 (instead of mac 0)
and then it flashing....
i have the 7 files in the licenses folder. if that helps

I have all 7 files in the license folder in the burning tool program directory. Still get mac 0 error, and also when trying to hit start anyway, I get a Get Key Failed error.

Yes, did all that, same image file. Also tried other versions for U2+ from other sources, all come up MAC 0. License files in license subdirectory or no license files at all, result is the same. Nothing works.

Did fresh install of USB flashing tool 2.05 and 2.08, same result.

Have been flashing other S905 and S905X boxes of different brands today with no problem, same setup, same flashing tool versions. It is only these U2+ roms that have the problem.
